I had waited,
For a long time,
Only to see that
My emotions have dried.

I kept on looking,
Like a little child out the window,
Waiting for his mother.
Never to find that single soul,
Whom I believe will be mine.

Then I asked the Lord,
When will I find my treasure?
He replied, "The moment is coming,
When the brightest star shall appear."

So I believe.
And till the end,
I shall believe.
