"one think, Hell is negative Proclamation, and is Not The "GOSPEL ACCORDING TO JESUS CHRIST: And Not in the Character of "GOD the FATHER"!
Now i will define the Word Hell that is to be use in this Thread. For the TARGET."
"Hell = Eternal Punishment! Torture in mind and soul. Measured by THE WORD of GOD. All other terms will be "Anthropomorphic" words."
I know there was a thread dealing with the definition of Hell, Would be more to your reply.
Where do we go when we die?
Hell is the working out of the first death. It is the living sufferings we have in these powerless bodies of corrupted flesh and blood. Mankind under the letter of the law "Death" .Death comes from following another kind of teaching authority as Lord and Master . . the father of lies..
It is shown by two parables with Jonas and the son of man, Jesus they are revealed together to be compared to each other . It was the last sign as a wonder given the wonder was made known .
Jonas murmured and kicked against the pricks all the way to preach the gospel , exposing his hatred for other nations. While Jesus did the will of the father powered by the father needed to finish the work of two just as with Jonah during his three day and night demonstration.
Neither Jesus or Jonah sought the help of dead relatives or men of renown " necromancy" venerating the dead disembodied spirit gods. The pagan foundation having no faith in a unseen God but rather serve familiar spirits of the dead.
Luke 16 in a series of parables beginning in the previous chapter God reveals the true teaching authority as master and Lord. . our unseen Holy Father . Twice to emphasize the the final authority in matters of faith as it is written in the law and prophets (sola scriptura). he declare as it is written in the law and the prophets . . .not after seeking the dead for those still alive on earth
The parable teaching us no man can serve two teaching masters necromancy placing ones faith in the dead And the true witness all things written in the law and the prophets (soala scriptural
In hell represents the wage of sin the sufferings of these bodies of death . Seeking after the dead is a false teaching authority a hierachry of men lording it ove the non verenable pew sitters understanding
Note. .
.(Blue in parentheses) my addition
The key ...Luke 16: 13
No servant can serve two
masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon
.( worldly wisdom earthly inspired by the father of lies. )
The working out of the doctrine of; "No man can serve two teaching masters as Lord" in a parable below. . .
Luke 16: 23-31 And in
hell (the sufferings of death wage of sin . .not dead never to rise ) he lift up his eyes,
(of ones heart or mind) being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off,
(as a vision in ones fleshly mind) and Lazarus
(representing a believer ) in his bosom. And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
(The sufferings of this life in a body of death ) But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now
he is comforted, and thou art
tormented. And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that
they which would pass from hence to
you cannot;(impossible) neither can
they pass to
us, that would come from thence.
(impossible) Then he said,
(completely ignoring what was just said) I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send
him to my father's house: For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into
this place of torment. (suffering with, being yoked with Christ who makes our burden lighter. Abraham saith unto him, They have
Moses and the
prophets; (sola scriptura) let them
hear them.
(both witnesses as one witness of God ) And he said,
(completely ignoring what was just said) Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. And he said unto him, If they
hear not
Moses and the
prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though
one rose from the
dead.
It is clearly not teaching a person will suffer forever and ever with no end. The parable must be rightly divided .Without parables Christ spoke not This is clearly one in a series beginning in 15 that ends in the next chapter. 17.
