[Word of Life]

Even though this is not really a joke, but it gave me good laugh, as during the last few days or so, I have been praying to God to give me an answer to a problem I have been having, so I asked Him to put it in plain English so I could understand, as I am not too familiar in understanding certain verses yet and what they mean.

Well this morning, I received an email notification from somewhere, which I have subscribed too, but during the last few months I just delete it, without even reading them, but the one that came through this morning I didn't delete it and I opened it up and this was my message from God.

I think now I have got the message.

Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. -Psalm 37:4

Everyone longs to give themselves completely to someone. To have a deep soul relationship with another, to be loved thoroughly and exclusively. But to a Christian, God says no. Not until you're satisfied and fulfilled and content, unreservedly to me alone. I do love you my child, and until you discover that only in Me is your satisfaction to be found, you will not be capable of the perfect human relationship that I have planned for you. You will never be united with another until you are united with Me, exclusive of any other desires or longings.

I want you to stop planning, stop wishing, and allow Me to bring it to you. You just keep watching Me, expecting the greatest things. Keep experiencing the satisfaction of knowing that I am. Keep learning and listening to the things I tell you. You must wait. Don't be anxious. Don't worry. Don't look around at the things that others have gotten or that I've given them. Don't look around at the things that you think you want. Just keep looking off and away up to Me, or you'll miss what I want to show you. And when you're ready, I'll surprise you with a love far more wonderful than any would ever dream of. You see, until you are ready and until the one I have for you is ready, until you are both satisfied exclusively with Me and the life I have planned for you, you won't be able to experience the love that exemplifies your relationship with Me, and is thus perfect love. I am working even this minute, to have both of you ready at the same time. And dear child, I want you to have the most wonderful love. I want you to see in the flesh a picture of your own relationship with Me, and to enjoy materially and concretely the everlasting union of beauty and perfection that I offer you with Myself.

KNOW THAT I LOVE YOU. I AM ALMIGHTY GOD. BELIEVE AND BE SATISFIED

Thank you for sharing this. I am not looking for any relationship but this did speak volumes to me. I will admit I have been feeling anxious in my heart for the past couple of days. I have been asking myself what now? what else to I do? where do I go from here?

This confirms that I should "Be still" and rest in Him. God bless you.

Hi there. I don't come to this site very often for various reasons, but today I decided to come see what is happening. Just messing around on site, I saw this. I should really say that it spoke to me. The Lord is great, and if we don't want to listen to Him personally, then eventually He will get a way to speak to us. And that is for me as well. Thank you very much for guys like you.
