The more time I spend in God's Word, the more He enriches my life. The Word works when I believe it and put it into practice. The Word is full of spiritual wisdom. Worldly wisdom is filled with fear and hopelessness. The Holy Spirit is in every Christian. His purpose is to make us more like Jesus. Do you want to become more like Jesus? Are you satisfied with your character? Do you have the attitude and say to yourself, "Well, I'm a pretty good person, I don't need to study the Bible. I've got my ticket to heaven, I'm good. "Great! Nobody's judging you. Nobody's criticizing you. It's your choice. But, God's Word says when we spend time studying Scripture, we are guaranteed to receive spiritual power. Who wouldn't want more of God's power in their every day life.

We all have strengths and weaknesses. God wants to increase my strengths. Satan wants to increase my weaknesses. As a Christian, I should not be struggling in any area. Trials come and go, that's life as a human. God's Word shows me how to move through or around the trials. Struggling should not be in the life of a Christian. When I stay connected to God's Word, I do not struggle. Suffering and struggling are different. When I take up my cross daily and suffer for the Lord, I am letting the Holy Spirit lead me and I am able to crucify the flesh. I can put aside the thoughts and actions my sin nature craves. My flesh suffers because I am not letting it do the things that will eventually harm me. Struggling comes from Satan. He wants me to feel worthless, defeated, discouraged, and always dealing with some sort of crisis. A Christian's life should not be up and down like a yo-yo. One day you feel good, the next day you're down and out.

Staying connected to God's Word causes me to pray more; and God's Word produces God's blessings. 3 John 1:2--Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. Spending time in God's Word empowers Him to move me in and out of each day with His constant peace and joy. Satan wants to make me self-led and when I give in to his tactic, then I struggle. Satan wants to drive a wedge between me and God. God loves me unconditionally, but He gives me His Word, so I can remain in His peace and joy. John 16:33-I have said these things to you , that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world." If I keep God's Word in my heart, I can stay strong on the inside. Then I can conquer and overcome anything that comes my way. Romans 8:37-No, in all these thing we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. I remain strong on the inside when I remain in God's Word. Meditating on God's Word gives me the desire to pray. Prayer enables God to bless me. Christ is the center of my life. I set aside a time each day to read and study God's Word, and as a result of my obedience; I continue to see His awesome work in my life. 1 Corinthians 15:57-But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Today we are blessed! :)

Amen and amen.

The goodness of God's Word is unparalleled and indescribable.

I love the scriptures.

They are a precious treasure, a guiding light, and a source of divine wisdom.

God's Word is like a refreshing stream in the desert to me.
