A lot of you right now are in pain. You feel something tugging on your heart. But you're fighting it all the while. Feeling as if you can do everything yourself. But the day will come when your fight is gone. When you are at the point of no return. You will suddenly see clear. When you felt no one cared he did. When you tried to bare everything on your shoulders. He was there to lighten the load. That's when you will see that God was always there. And you will fall on your knees ,and cry out to him. And he will hear you. Because our God is full of love. So much that he gave his only son for our sins. So that at our point of no return. We can run into his arms. Point blank if you're running (never been saved )or a Christian holding on. Stop and let go he'll catch you. God doe'snt want some of us he wants all of us. I promise you want regret your decision.

One thing we need to remember is that we cannot do anything for Him of our own. It is the Holy Spirit that causes us to work His ways.

More over, all things work out for our good.

God bless you. Nice article.

But I just didn't understand what you meant by these words, could you please tell me:

Point blank if you're running or a Christian holding on. Stop and let go he'll catch you.

"Point blank if you're running or a Christian holding on. Stop and let go he'll catch you."

On this section I was implying Christians (or so called) who haven’t surrendered. Like it says Matthew 13:7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them.
He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. Matthew 13:22

People who are saying their saved but still living a sinful life. People where's there's no change in their actions. They basically still do everything they did before they got saved. Which we see is not honorable to God. For In Revelation 3:16 it says
"So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth."
Basically I'm saying if you're holding on surrender all to God. God doe'snt want some of us he's want's all. If were proclaiming Christianity we should act like one. Not say one thing and do another.

"And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us." 1 John 3:24

I hope this explains the phrase for you,
God Bless you brother Richie

If you have use to do curtain things for a long time, doesn't it take time to learn away from those things .
Sometimes it is dangerous to stop doing things just like that .
If person have smoked decades and want to stop smoking, it can be life threat to stop once.
Toxins person have got by the years in body have to get out.
It is same with habbits/behaviour you have use to , to change .
It is personal thing , what goes with one , doesn't work another person.
It's daily struggle , continually checking , are you doing the right thing .
Have to support others , if you find weak point, you try to help , not just pointing at mistakes done .
Otherwise it is work half done .

Wow, there's a lot of meaning behind it.

Thanks a lot for your reply.

God bless you.

I personally don't agree with that. Once God touches a person, there is nothing like it. That person will never be the same again.

Well your talking about getting the toxins out of the body, remember when Jesus touches a person, he/she will be made physically and spiritually whole.

Nothing is impossible with Jesus.

God bless you.

I smoked a pack of cigarettes each day for, I think, twenty years until, in 1983, God stopped my smoking and my drinking on the same day. I've not suffered any ill effects from the "loss" of either of these things and its been twenty-four years.

SLE

I smoked my first cigarette when I was 8 years old, I took my first drink of whiskey when I was 10 years old, and I tried drugs for the first time when I was 12.

I was saved on June 10th 1990 when I was 38 years old, at that moment I was totally set free from the alcohol addcition and the addiction to hard drugs, but I did continue smoking cigarettes.

12 years ago, I finally determined in my heart that I was going to quit smoking. I prayed and gave it to God once and forever, and finally stopped smoking.

I did not take any stop smoking pills or wear a patch of any kind I just stopped, at the time I was smoking 4 packs of cigarettes each day so it was NOT easy to do on my own, but I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me glory to God!

I did not quit on a gradual basis, I thrw the cigarettes away and stopped all at once.

I had been smoking for 35 years, I have certainly felt no negative effects of any kind in my body at anytime since I quit.
