surgery???

My 6 year old daughter needs to have her tonsils taken out and I am so scared. I'm really worried about the general anesthesia. Please God calm my fears and take care of Abigail.Amen.

Well I took Abigail to Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital to get a second opinion and the ENT there thinks it would be a good idea to have her tonsils and adniods taken out. So she gets her sugery on Nov, 3rd. Please keep us in your prayers. Thank you. In Christ, Natashia

Well my Abigail has her surgery tomorrow. I'm scared for her. I hope she doesn't have alot of pain. I really worry about the general anesthesia. She has never been put to sleep before. Well I ask that you all remember us in your prayers tomorrow. Thank you, In Christ, Natashia

Well , my daughter had her sugery yeaturday and she did really good, until we got home. She can barely open her mouth, she can't take her pain medicine or her antibiotic. She can't even drink water. The doctor said she had more bleeding then normal during the sugery. I'll probably end up the the ER later today, I think she is getting dehydrated, she hasn't went pee for about 13 hours. Please keep praying. I feel she will be fine but I think its going to be a rough recovery. Thank you all for your prayers. In Christ, Natashia

Well, sure enough I ended up taking her to the ER. They tried to start an I.V. about 6 times with no success. She was pretty dehydrated. They gave her a shot of morphine for the pain and sent us home. She is much better today, she is starting to drink a little bit and her fever is broke. Keep praying for a speedy recovery. I also had a rough time when I had that same surgery at 5. It took them many hours to stop my throat from bleeding. I ended up having to be treated for anemia. From the lost of blood.

I will keep her in my prayers. The worst is over. Keep your eyes on the Lord.

Update on Abigail, she is in the hospital because of dehydration. She is on I.V. fluids. She is really having a hard time getting over this. I feel horrible for agreeing to do it. The doctor said if she don't start drinking or eating they will have to put a tube down her nose and into her stomach to force feed her. Please keep praying with me to get her better. Thank you all. I ask that you would touch her with your healing touch, with your mighty physician's hand, with your perfect care. Sweet Lord, make her whole again. Please give the doctors wisdom and the nurses gentleness and compassion as they treat this little one.
