Thankful, more than thankful. God has given to me so many things in the three years of living for him. I cherish the hardships that I had to endure to do his will. Yes, I do agreed that being a Christian is challenging and you really have to want it with all your heart. But in the long run, it's very rewarding for all God's children. You may be going through something right now that seems unbearable, but God is going to see you through it all. Remember he never left you. You must take test to see whether you will pass or fail. And ask yourself this question, does a teacher talk during a test. Of course not! So look at you situation that way. God loves you and knows how you feel, as it says in Hebrews 4:15. We do not have a High priest that does not understand when we go through temptations, but rather he went through the same things but did not sin. So that tells that God does understand. I remember when I dropped out of school and I was about 18 going on 19. Two high schools in my area told me I was too old to come back. I was ready to give up and just settle for a GED, but God said no. He said," I am going to put you back into high school." It was hard to believe, because one of the schools told me I was too old. Well, I was believing God, but still I went up to the school to ask for withdrawal sheets for open campus. The person who I was speaking with was my old counselor who took me through a lot in high school. She was one of the reasons I dropped out of high school. (Now me dropping out was before I was saved). I was speaking with her that day and she happened to ask me what did I want with her. I told her I wanted to finish school, and she said me why. I told her with a strange look on my face, because I want an education. so she was looking through my old school records and finally said Well you don't have to go to open campus, you can actually come back to high school and finish school that way. I was so shocked, but I really couldn't be too shocked because God said that he would open this door for. And I finish that semester with a 4.0 gpa and with academic excellence. So see what God can do for you. Never doubt him.
