Is it my computer ? All I see on the topics is like butterfly wings in green where the topic use to be. Has this changed? Maybe there is a different way to read the topic and this (me) old man has not caught on. Someone help me please.

I'm having the exact same problem.

I use Firefox browser.
I checked it in IE, and same problem.

I just thought it may be useful information to know that Chrome is working fine.....no butterflies

Alright, I used this online browser shots tool to test multiple formats and devices, no blue bar and no "butterflies"

This test is good on iPad, iPad Mini, Windows 7 Firefox, Chrome & IE10. It is also good on MAC Safari and Windows 8 Chrome, Firefox, IE10

I highly suggest using Chrome anyway.
