Hi there lovely teens and youth of Talk Jesus. You have been placed on my heart by the Holy Spirit and I would like to ask you all a few questions.

Regarding being a Christian. Which topics would you like to discuss?

As you know, this is your part of Talk Jesus, here you can start threads and have some fun in any way you like, as long as the forum rules are respected.

Feel free to give your feedback, what would you like to discuss? About life, about Jesus, about the afterlife, about the things you are thinking about.

I love you all so much, you are rooted in my heart and I wish I could give each one of you a huge hug!

Much love
teraside

Hey you youthful ones

I am like teraside. I kinda get drawn here by the Holy Spirit.

Teens and youth have a lot of pressure on them in this generation. We are here to help you in counsel, ideas, praise, whatever is needed by you to continue in your growth and in your growth in Christ.
You have taken the first step, by joining Talk Jesus. I am proud of each of you, at your age coming to God this way.
There is a large welcome mat at Talk Jesus for you and a lot of wisdom from most of our members.
Like teraside said, let us know what you would like to have in your piece of Talk Jesus.
Here is a passage that was meant for the children of our generation. I see it clearly in this world and in you youth, (who are all still children, just as we older ones are). Hope it lightens your path.

Passage Isaiah 11:8:

8The nursing child will play by the hole of the cobra,
And the weaned child will put his hand on the viper's den.

Thanks for joining Talk Jesus. With all you teens and youth have been given, I am so proud to see you turn to the Lord and turn here for fellowship. I'll keep checking in to see how you are.

Amen and smiles:Pixie:love: :sun: :rainbow:

hey guys,
thank you so much for your concern, it is such a pleasure to see how precious every part of this site is important to you, this acctually will make people like that site even more, i'm sure!
well, i would love to discuss many subjects, but i beleive there has been a thread that talks about that already, if i remeber well, it was started by 4Given and there were about 13 replies to it, and yeah, i just think this thread contains everything we(as teens) would like to talk about, so, i think it would be a good idea to check it out~it just sums up everything i wanna say!~
i am sure God will bless you for obeing Him,
have a nice day
Manal

Read the thread Manal Tayar

Manal Tayar, I have a seventeen year old boy. I wish he would come to Talk Jesus. He is so frustrated with his life right now. He is upset because he hasn't dated yet, he worries because he is so shy and is just plain teenage frustrated.

You all made good sense in the thread that I just read. It seems that teens share a lot in common with each other. It is such a fun age, but it is an age of struggle, with peer pressure about drugs and sex and a lot of other difficult issues.

Like I said, I am proud of the youth that turn to the Lord for guidance. I do hope that you find that some of your needs regarding spiritual growth are being met here at Talk Jesus.

Take care and God bless you all. Thanks Manal Tayar. You have a tender spirit.

Psalm 144:12
Let our sons in their youth be as grown-up plants,And our daughters as corner pillars fashioned as for a palace;

Stay beautiful in Christ. Amen:Pixie

hey pixie,
i have to tell you, we all as teens fell that way.
i mean i have made a commitment to God that i wouldn't date anyone unless it is very serious and it might end by marige(so that would mean that i won't date until i'm 20 or something like that..), i mean i kind of team date if you know what i mean...i love meeting guys, so what i do so that i won't get into temptation is that i go out with a bunch of people, and beleive me it's even more fun!!
pixie, i would love to meet your son in here, tell him that there are many youth in here and that they acctually enjoy it( me specialy? i love it!!) it's a safe place and there are many people that encourage you in here, and you are one of the people who has encouraged me pixie, so thank you!
let your son know that we would love to meet him!
and just as ax said, jesus is the one who comferts us all...
loking forward to meeting you son in here pixie!
Love and Blessings
Manal
ps: i have never dated either, and not because i'm shy, it's because i want to offer my best and my all to the one who deserves me, to my future husband, and i expect him to have done the same thing with himself.
i want to keep myself safe and secure in God's arms until my prince charming comes...i can't wait!!

Hi.. well i have a subject i would like to discuss..
how can i live as a christian in my society...
its hard and frustrating sometimes.. espcially that its almost impossible to find people who think something like christians and the most close to this also are very hard to talk with or too shy or i dont know.

its fun being teen but i would like to bring more for God.
i want to live as a good teen christian as much as i can.
