Psalm 26: 12 My feet stand on level ground;
in the great congregation I will praise the Lord.
Today I thank the Lord for answering me once again. It's been a month already that I'm not making any communication with my parents because my father doesn't want to talk to me. Every time I call at home it's always mother who answers the phone and sometimes it's not helping at all when I talk to her, I get even more discouraged. So because of that I didn't made any attempt in these past few weeks to make a call for them. But LOL, i'm very troubled and sad.
It just hurt us their children because as we are living out now the principles he taught us when we are kids, it seemed that they are already a sort of opposition to their lifestyle. And because of that we hurt them as well. He even told mother to refuse anything we could give and throw off their phone to cut off our communication with them. That hurts a lot. My very first time to be hurt by my father. He's the only person who is so close in my heart and whom I admired a lot , but lately, I just can't accept how old age (though he got only 66 this year) is getting him away from us their children. Now I'm seeing myself adjusting as they grow old and how I could also help my other siblings to understand them.
But the Lord heard my cry and groaning (hehe). I called again today telling God of not liking mother to answer the phone because I am not ready to listen to her (LOL) but if it is she, I asked the Lord to give me an answering tongue (LOL) - I mean wisdom how to deal with her. But praise God, instead of her, it was father who answered the phone. It was a great relief to be able to talk to him today. I asked him to come with mother in her birthday in the city next month so they could see us their children and their grandson in the US through the internet and he said yes. I was so glad also to know they made a communication with our brother and his family in another town and they planned to visit them. That's all enough that I asked of the Lord, to see the value of one another as a family though we are all a hundred miles if not thousands of miles away from each other.
I thank and praise God for all of His goodness and mercy.
All glory to our one and only Living God and Savior Jesus Christ.
