God has come through for me in a truly miraculous way.

I have worked at my current job for four years now. I have put in so much overtime for no pay. Worked many hundred hour working weeks. Made my team and department extremely profitable.

Yet, after covid and a management change, I have been demoted and told to report to one of three people whose ''mess'' I have been cleaning into overtime hours for four years.

I could not handle this and went looking for another job like a mad person until I gave up two weeks ago. Concluding the job market is dead and my fate was sealed.

I got angry with God, felt I had no Shepherd and was left alone with wolves. What frustrated me was that I could not trace the 'pain' to persecution.

I was so close to taking matters into ''my own hands'' as I called it. Concluding that ''God's provision department'' was retired and that scripture on this needed to be re-visited.

My company had an annoying notice period policy, one that required me to resign on the 1st or 15th working day and serve notice from that date. So these dates were on my mind, as missing them would result in me working in a most annoying space. I cant get into the exacts of this space, just know that it was terrible miss-treatment.

Last week Friday I got a call from a recruitment agent that had last seen me on an interview four years ago. Not one that had recently received my CV. On Monday of this week, the first working day of the month, ten minutes before the end of the working day, I have signed a new contract earning more and in a higher position.

God is good! He comes through for us! He just clearly wants to test us too. Sorry for doubting and losing faith God, thanks for my provision!

And He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2Corinthians 12:9

There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.
