I just wanted to thank those who kept me in their prayers after spending the last few days totally immersed in the Word n shut off from all I had the energy to go to the ER
I have found out I had a viral infection which in return caused bell palsy which will b treated with prednisone

Awwww ... poor Twistie, poor you. Years ago I had that, I thought I was having a stroke Half my face went into lockdown, I was talking like I'd got severe learning difficulties lol. I was a sales rep at the time so was a bit embarrassing. It took 3 months of heavy steroids to get rid of it. Make sure you do all the exercises so there's no lasting effects. God bless you sweet sis xxx

n thanks I've had the bell palsy B4 but not like it is know they didn't give me no exercises tho perhaps I can find them on the internet somewhere??
