The Rapture and The Tribulation

There has long been a debate concerning the Rapture and when it occurs. Does the Rapture occur before the great tribulation and the time of the anti-christ? I know that the Lutheran denomination believes that we are in the tribulation. This is to say that they believe that rapture will occur towards the end or at the end of the tribulation.
What do you think? Do you believe that Jesus will call His servants before it starts to hit the fan? Or do you believe His children will be here and endure the times of the anti-christ?
