In the Paleo-Hebrew, Hebrew, and, Greek Manuscripts we find letters from Yahova and Yashua, which are given to for recording, arguably, about forty Scribes (Penmen). The one, unshakable rule for understanding The Word is, "No Scripture can ever be fully or/and correctly understood without the light of all other Scripture.

Your first and third quotes, both from the letter to the Romans and from Paul are not that far apart in the letter and in the context you have posted them in, sit there glaring contradiction at one another. No one should ever practice to destroy the Clear Word of YHWH this way.
