The greatest man in history, had no servants, yet they called him Master. Had no degree, yet they called him Teacher. Had no medicines, yet they called him Healer. He had no army, yet kings feared Him. He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world. He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him. He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today. His name is Jesus.

THIS JESUS

There’s a baby lying in the hay,
Innocent and pure.
Do you see him?
The angel host began to sing,
As this child was born to bring
New hope to all mankind.

There’s a young man walking by the sea,
Innocent and pure.
Do you hear him?
As he calls out to the fishermen
To leave their nets and follow him
The Saviour of mankind.

There’s a young man hanging on a cross,
Innocent no more.
Do you need him?
He bears the sins of the human race,
Gladly dying in our place;
This Saviour of mankind.

There’s a young man risen from the grave,
Innocent once more.
Will you heed him?
As he leads the way to the Father’s throne;
This young man wants you for his own;
This Lover of Mankind

This Saviour who was born to die,
This God who made the earth and sky
This man who never told a lie
This Jesus.

This Saviour with the loving face
This God who saves us through his grace
This man dying in your place
This Jesus.

The eternal God who created the universe, stepped down into history as a baby (Jesus). He walked this earth, His own creation , teaching , calling to repentance, forgiving sins, healing, raising people from the dead. He then died the death of a criminal , a horrific death, tortuous, and why - for me and for you. He then rose from the dead, and today He calls men and women to Himself. Will you answer the call? You can know, actually know the living God, the maker of everything who truly died for you. He will give you new life if you turn to Him, if you genuinely put your life into His Hands - honestly , the best decision you can ever make.

Philippians 4:5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is near.
4:6 In nothing be anxious; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
4:7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Colossians 4:2 Continue steadfastly in prayer, watching therein with thanksgiving;

Colossians 1:9 For this cause we also, from the day we heard it, do not cease to pray and ask for you, that ye be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding,
1:10 to walk worthily of the Lord unto all pleasing in every good work bearing fruit, and increasing in knowledge of God;
1:11 strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, unto all patience and longsuffering with joy;
1:12 giving thanks to the Father, who fitted you to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light;
1:13 who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love;
1:14 in whom we have the redemption, the forgiveness of sins:

Titus 2:11 For the grace of God hath appeared to all men bringing salvation,
2:12 instructing us, that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly and righteously and godly in this present age;
2:13 awaiting the blessed hope and appearing of the glory of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
2:14 who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify to himself a people for his possession, zealous of good works.

Psalm 22:12 Many bulls encompass me; strong bulls of Bashan surround me;
22:13 they open wide their mouths at me, like a ravening and roaring lion.
22:14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint; my heart is like wax; it is melted within my breast;
22:15 my strength is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to my jaws; you lay me in the dust of death.
22:16 For dogs encompass me; a company of evildoers encircles me; they have pierced my hands and feet -
22:17 I can count all my bones - they stare and gloat over me;
22:18 they divide my garments among them, and for my clothing they cast lots.

Bashan was the most northern area of Israel around Lake Huleh and Mount Hermon reputedly the area of the demonic underworld.

No one on earth could ask for a better king. He laid his life down for many--those many are the ones who obey him. The bible teaches--Proof of ones love for Jesus is obeying him. John 14:15-24. This means there is no pick and choose, but those that love him, learn everything he teaches and applies it to the best of their abilities. After all if Jesus said something--he meant it.
