What It Takes For A Person To Get To Heaven

-
F is for Forgiveness

Forgiveness = release from bondage or imprisonment, pardon of sins
(letting them go as if they had never been committed), remission of the penalty
/\ From: The NAS New Testament Greek Lexicon

Ephesians 1:7 (NASB) In Him we have redemption through His blood,
the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace

We cannot go to heaven & live eternally if we reject God’s forgiveness.

-
A is for Available

God’s gracious Forgiveness is Available for all, but not automatic.

John 3:16 (NASB) "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

He gave : It was a gift, but it had to be accepted.

Matthew 7:21b (NIRV) Only those who do what my Father in heaven wants will enter heaven.

Romans 3:24 (NASB) being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus

I is for Infeasible

It is Infeasible for God to allow sin into heaven.

Romans 3:22-23 (NIV) This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe.
There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God

A sinful person can enter heaven, even though God forbids sin, by being made new.

T is for Turn To Truth

Turn from the lies of the Devil to the truth of the Lord God.
Repent & be made new.

Luke 13:3 (NASB) unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.

James 2:13b (NIV) Mercy triumphs over judgment.

H is for Heaven & Hereafter

John 14:1-3 (NASB) 1 "Do not let your heart be troubled;
believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 "In My Father's house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. 3 "If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also.

One can receive from God forgiveness & eternal life, by merely asking humbly.
Then Jesus Christ can be your personal Savior, Lord, Friend, Advocate, Helper, etc.
To take the step of FAITH described above, trust the only one who will NEVER fail you, Jesus.
Humbly confess your passed sins, admit your need for Him, receive His Salvation & peace.
Ask Jesus to change you for the better & watch in awe what all He will do.

These days the requirements of heaven aren't what they used to be. From what I was taught in Catholicism, no merciful god would condemn good people to an eternity of torment despite their beliefs. Many of you may think 'but Jesus said the only way to heaven was through me', which he indeed may have done, but think of a man who lives in poverty all his life because all the money he does receive he donates elsewhere to those who need it more. He lives off kind invitations of a meal and rubbish bins, due to his thrifty donation habit. He eventually dies of starvation. During his life this man did not believe in god, nor any kind of god. Does he deserve hell?

The Bible speaks for itself. What GOD says is how it is. Catholics have a different teaching than the true Bible in many ways.

GOD makes it clear all have fallen short the glory of GOD. ALL, not some. It is not up to us to assume the outcome or situation of any persons. That is GOD's decision not ours.

Romans 3:21-24 (English Standard Version)

The Righteousness of God Through Faith

21But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it— 22the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction: 23for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

GOD has his ways of reaching out to all corners of the earth.

Gods word says they are without excuse, for creation itself speaks of his handy work. Romans 1:20

So since it is not by our good works, but by Gods free gift, and he would not accept Gods free gift, yes, by his own choice, he will spend eternity in hell.....
God doesn't send any of us there.
It was created for Satan and his angels, but we can choose to go there, just as we chose to disobey God in the garden, and died spiritually.
