Unable to submit any videos to the media center

I've tried to submit two videos to the media center but no matter what i keep getting this:

"The description you have entered is too short (0 characters). Please lengthen your description to at least 10 characters."

I have filled the description portion to more than 10 characters for both videos but i still get this error.

The problem is still not fixed, i just tryed to submit a video now and i still get the same error.
