Under spiritual attack

Backstory
About 5 days ago at work a guy I work with and talk to came up to me out of the blue ( he is foreign and speaks broken English) and says hello
You need workout
u gain weight
I just smiled and laughed it off
I said to the lord “well lord looks like an evil spirit trying to get me today”
next day same guy ( who is usually very kind comes up to me
“ I see you changed your style , I no like this I like old style”
Again I just laughed and walked off saying
“ again lord? I must be doing something right for this spirit to be trying so hard
Now I praise the lord for his word because by reading his word I realized it wasn’t my brother but an unclean spirit that was using him to try to dissuade me
I didn’t think much of it only to laugh it off
Now the meat of the post
A few days ago the lord inspired me to join this forum and I must say I’m loving a lot of the threads and you guys are strengthening my faith
I also try to contribute and by doing that I also link videos of things that have helped my journey
I feel these videos give the reader a better understanding of where I’m coming from and whenever I post a video I will also rewatch the video and it helps me to revisit and I feel strengthen my faith
The night I joined the forums I had a terrible nightmare
I was trapped in a house with what seemed like 1000 s of flying and crawling insects covered in stings running from room to room each time getting worse until even the insects were stinging the bottoms of my feet
I woke up startled and then went back to sleep
Only to pick up right where I left off being stung all over my body
I got over it and went about my day
Last night
Once again a nightmare I was convulsing on my bed in the dream paralyzed to move but convulsions taking over I remember for some reason calling out for my cat ( I had lost her 6 years ago) for some reason and she latched onto my hand biting and clawing me it was terrifying to be honest
I awoke and immediately rebuked the unclean spirit and praying I asked for god to send his angels down to my bedroom to offer protection
I hadnt had to call on the lord for that in awhile
Now it’s obvious to me I’m on the radar of an unclean one
and again I thank the lord for his word because without his word I wouldn’t know how to deal with spiritual warfare or even how to identify it
That’s why the word is SO IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Let’s not give this unclean spirit any strength so I’m trying to let it go
I do believe in the power of prayer and I know the Father listens so if you could keep me in mind and throw a prayer my way I would really appreciate that

That makes sense. Can't stand the dark mode. Lol. It prolly looks better though that way.

Easier on the eyes I did away with the internet so I could focus more on my reading and force myself outside
to enjoy gods creation more

The spiritual attacks have definitely increased, I have been experiencing them as well. Unfortunately or
fortunately, depending on how you look at them, I experience them so much that I almost just ignore them.

Well, I pray about them and speak the WORD of God when I can, but it is really increased in all circles of believers
that "I" talk to who are really on Fire for Jesus. I will pray for you.

Dear God, please be with MrBear and free him from this attack. Lord give him your peace
and protection and bring him closer to you, in Jesus name we pray. Amen.

I was floating not high but feet not touching the ground on an Erie ww2 underground bunker I was being drawn down into the cement walled rooms darkness and the smell of old moldy books, I had to push off the wall with my feet for momentum but some force was pulling me into the blackest room slowly unable to grab anything I was floating backward
Just then the Lord woke me up, I remember saying praise you Lord and I haven’t had another since ( I chalk that up to the energy drink I had before bed)

Wow, that is wonderful. Prayer is powerful. I definitely prayed for you and God is able.

I have also had similar experiences recently where I feel like I'm out of my body.
They are often when I go to sleep or taking a nap. One might say you are just
having a dream, but I can assure you it is not a dream. I won't even try to explain
because these spiritual experiences, as you know, are just so different and it is very
weird when you are being pulled out of your body. It is just weird.

But It is getting better for me too.

I have a problem because I refuse to be afraid of the devil anymore.
I refuse to let the enemy try to torment me. Sometimes I try to temper
the boldness, as I don't want to come across as arrogant, but when you
get attacked by the enemy for so long and you realize who you are in Christ
there comes a point where you attack it head on with prayer and fasting,
forsaking all sin, feeding on God's word, focusing on serving and loving others,
and expecting deliverance.

God is Good.

I've found from strong experience that spirits transfer from people.
We mindful of any recent individuals in your life. As God to show you
if you need to remove certain people (even if they don't present as bad or evil).
