I had not looked at my profile for a while and didn't realize so many of my wonderful brothers and sisters here had left messages wanted to know how my daughter is doing.

Well, PRAISE THE LORD, she got herself straight and sober and completely invested in Jesus about a month before she was sent away to Rehab. She deleted all of her old/bad contacts from her phone, changed her number and set forth on her journey for God to mold her into the person He wants her to be.

She is in one of the best Rehabs in the State and it's the one God wanted her in. It's amazing, she went in there with a Christian sister awaiting her arrival, a friend of a friend she had never met. They instantly bonded and have Bible Studies and pray together every night and on Sunday they go to Church and then there's a Church Bible Study.

God is addressing every single one of her problems and she is responding wonderfully by the Grace of God. So far all I can get is letters from her, but soon she'll get to call me 5 minutes a week. I miss her dearly, but I have joy unspeakable to know she is in God's hands and he is providing her with what she needed.

So, things are good and I have been fellowshipping with all of her friends by holding Bible Studies at my house once or twice a week. One of the guys talked to my son and invited him to come over his house to play video games. Who knows maybe the Lord will use him to lead my son to the Lord. I wrote this poem about it:

Lord I Trust You

Lord I trust you to save my only son
I trust you to help me get things done
You gave me your only begotten SON

I love You with all my heart
You were there from the start
And never shall You depart

You are my father from above
No one can give me such love
You beautiful lovely Dove

Led me to share the Word
Open their ears so it can be heard
Don't let them think it is absurd

My heart aches for those who do not know You
This world is so wicked and cold without You
Take my hand and lead me and show me what to do

Lord I trust You!!!!!!!

Thank you all for asking and continue praying for my family as it is evident that prayer DOES work. Praise God!!!

Your sister in Christ,
Katzie

Thank You Jesus

With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the king's palace.

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Just wanted to let you know it will be a month tomorrow since my Daughter entered the Rehab. and by the Grace of God she is doing so good there are no words to even express it. The Lord's plan for her was and is perfect. She has come such a long way so quickly and the Christian girl who is a friend of a friend that was waiting for her arrival so she would have someone to fellowship with is also growing in the Lord. They have become the leaders of Inspiration in the house.

The Counselors are constantly shutting down the house and taking away the privileges of all the patients due to the actions of one or two patients. Normally, this type of thing would have caused my daughter to get very angry. However, not only she is not angry she is praising God everyday for everything that happens and uses the time that they would normally have for TV, the gym, playing basketball or listening to music .......to study all the areas of difficulty she has in her character. They are allowed to read(not Bibles) or just sit in silence during that free time while the house is in shut down. She just keeps requesting study packets and continues to work on herself and pray for God to keep revealing areas she needs to work on that she doesn't even see yet herself.

My son and I went today for our assesment. They allow visiting every other Tuesday night with family or friends for one hour, only if they are approved after the assesment. Please pray for my son as he is willing to go yet he still has a lot of pain and hurt in his heart from the things that occured. Being Autistic, specifically having Aspergers, some of this is difficult for him to understand. He is not saved so I am praying that seeing how much his sister has changed by the Grace of God will begin to open up his mind.

Also, the Lord has changed me so much in this past month, I'd have to write a book. I have been healed from my Crohn's disease, just to name one GREAT thing, so I am active every day and at Chruch 3 times a week and I have a Bible Study and Prayer meeting in my home with all of my daughter's Christian friends and anyone else we can recruit, saved or unsaved. I pray that the Lord will also use me for my son as well.

I just want to thank all of you so much for always being there. Just looking back on old posts or prayer requests I made 6 months ago it amazes me. At times even with all my faith... I was going through dark periods feeling desperate and depressed. Everyone here is always supportive and we really do pray for one another and the power of prayer is amazing.

I pray that the Lord would answer all of our prayers and that Talk Jesus would continue to grow and GLOW. There really isn't another Christian website that gives me the warmth that this one does, this is my Virtual Church and even if I don't post a lot lately, I am here everyday and wouldn't have it any other way. Praise God!!!

Be Blessed,
Katzie

I am sorry that I am late at reading this. I am very happy that your daughter is getting help and letting Jesus help her.

I have Asperger's too. I am so happy to hear how your family is doing! If you ever want to talk about your son's Asperger's I would love to talk to you.
