Vision and rhema from God of God

Last night I had an amazing dream / vision and rhema of God I just want to share.

I dreamt I was preaching to a congregation. Then suddenly, halfway through my sermon I just stopped preaching. I knew not what next to say. So I asked God for insight on what to preach. Something truthful and meaningful.

I was immediately taken to heaven. God showed me a large crystal blue sea. I asked God what it was He was showing me. I saw no people and no infrastructure. He explained how the sea was His greatest achievement. Evidence of His greatest power. The words 'greatest power' and 'greatest achievement' really stuck out and were repeated a few times. This sea was his love. His greatest power and greatest achievement was / is His love. He has freely given this to us. The grafting in of the human race. Covering all.

It became clear to me that whatever message I teach, needed to be taught in this light. 1 John 4:8 came to me in the dream. ''If you don't know love, you don't know Me, as I am love''.

God is love (fullstop). God also happens to be omnipotent, omniscient, righteous, the first and the last.

I think it is insanely sick and insulting to God if we say '' He is love, so He has grace for me and my sin. I will continue in them''. Grasping the love, God who created the universe gave us, should lead us straight to repentance. He did not have to. He chose to. He chose to create this achievement. This crystal blue sea that covers all of the human race.

We respond to God. We live move and have our being in and with Him. All because of His love. He created this possibility. This reality.

Thank you Lord for your love!!

Agreed!
Who but an unbeliever would say this?
Oh, I know that there are some who profess and say what you have said is so, but does anyone with even a bit of knowledge of His Word believe it to be true?

For such are these verses written and for many to attention they fail still to be understood.

"Therefore by their fruits you will know them. "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. "Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' Matthew 7:20-23

Sadly, the following verses of Paul are also, so mistaken, for a license for the very things you speak of!

All things are lawful for me, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be mastered by anything. 1 Corinthians 6:12

All things are lawful, but not all things are profitable. All things are lawful, but not all things edify. 1 Corinthians 10:23

For they are seen in selfishness, who but such as these will say "I will continue in them"!

Yet these very same things are not to be used to negate the Grace of God, but rather confirm it!!!!

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me did not prove vain; but I labored even more than all of them, yet not I, but the grace of God with me. 1 Corinthians 15:10

Too often we divide what is of God to show error instead of keeping it unified to see truth. I am as guilty of this as any! However, I do pray that His Words will ever unify us in His Spirit dear brother!

Sorry brother, I tire or I would continue. The Spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.
God bless you.
Always with the Love of Christ Jesus.

I am reminded of the devil too. He experienced God's love in its fullness. Yet committed grievous sin against God and others. Completely taking God's goodness for granted. Perhaps assuming it would still continue. I wonder if even he grasped the greatness of God in that God chooses to be good and loving when He can be the complete opposite. It is as though many are simply ignorant of this reality. A wicked person with even a hint of understanding on God's love should at least state that 1. they are wicked and cannot win the battle on their carnal desires, then 2. God is good and they do not deserve His grace. Yet we have to go the extra mile in explaining to the wicked that they must not be ignorant of abusing God's grace. Paul says it best in Rom 6.

Even when God was destroying the earth the first time cos people were evil and saving only Noah and the animals on the ark he was creating what is now the seas and oceans. These seas cannot rise above their boundaries of earth although the land can sink below God made a rainbow covenant that He would not do it again. Think how powerful the sea is and how we get so much enjoyment from it. The fish, seafood, all freely given...we dont need to farm it we can just go out with a net and catch fish. The lovely beaches. The marine life. Surfing even.

God is grieved that our sin pollutes the sea. If we continue in sin its like people putting rubbish into the sea.
