The Passion of the youth
The steadfast spirit of the elders
The Children's simple faith and act
Oh What a lovely sight to see
Seeing them altogether in one accord
Giving their lives, and love to God
As they seek Him and serve Him faithfully.
Oh yes, the passion of the youth I just see today
Unleashing an endless worship wanting to pour out everything
If such passion is indeed is directed to God
Oh what a lovely sight to see
I see the elders in their steadfast spirit
In spite of life's struggles and difficulties
They keep loving and serving the Blessed Redeemer
And in their faith they have remained
Oh what a lovely sight to behold
As if they have never grown weary in their walk.
The children's simple act of faith and service
Oh what a lovely sight to see as they learn giving
Acts of praise and worship to our Living God
Singing songs of adoration to our Beautiful Savior
And Jesus blessed them as lovely as they are.
Above all is the loveliest sight to hold
Is God's steadfast and sovereign love to all
His faithfulness to each and every generation
His loving kindness to all of His creations.
God bless everyone!
These words flowed during the praise and worship this afternoon in our Church a young people led the praise and worship, his back up singers are older ladies (hehe) and a child. The passion that I have seen in their hearts inspired me to write this poem. Just wanted to share it here. Thank God it's Sunday here, can connect to the internet without disruptions. hehehe
