What are silver cords in spirit realm

What are silver cords in the spirit realm? Heard this in warfare.. just not sure what it means

I believe it's to do with astral projection - out of body experiences. The silver cord is the bond between the astral and physical bodies.

On spiritual warfare in general, my observation is that when the Bible talks about this, it is nearly always showing Jesus as the victor who defeats the enemy on our behalf.

And in passages such as ephesians, we are depicted as foot soldiers - obey instruction. Never are we shown to be generals or counter intelligence or a lone hero fighting behind enemy lines.
