What is his will?

Hello Brothers in Christ!
I came across this passage and windered about the words of the Messiah our Lord and GOD Jesus Christ in this passage.
"For whosoever will do the will of God, the same is my mother and sister and brother."

Just wondering about what is the will of God, is it a personal thing God reveals or does the whole body of born again believers work toward one goal?

To serve Him; simply put.

To have a close intimate relationship with him as brothers and sisters with him. To be joint-heirs with him.

If we do the will of God, we are closet we can ever be to His family, we are adopted into his family, but we closer than adopted, we are the same (as close to Him) as his mother, and sister and brother. It is an intimate relationship, we are co-heirs with Him.

What a wonderful explanation and example that is to be 'the same in relationship with him as, his mother, sister and brother.
