What you think when a Christian convert to Catholic?

Well, I ask this question because I have had watch this Catholic channel or EWTN that maybe some of you had heard. Well they had different shows on there but for what I had seen is some people said they had convert to Catholic from a Protestant movement.

Right now, I’m like well I was a former Roman Catholic but watching those show got me thinking. I had question for those people who converted, why dose the bible says that Mary calling Jesus insane? Mary did sin and she a sinner like all of us and about to prove to you right now






A hidden and shocking truth about Mary, the Mother of Jesus, is what you are about to read for yourself from the following Scriptures. Please read the following attentively and you’ll see for yourself that this is indeed what Scriptures reveal. This is the truth of God, though hardly if ever taught. This is what happened, even though she is presented much differently:



Then Jesus entered a house, and again a crowd gathered, so that he and his disciples were not even able to eat. (Mark 3:20)



When his family heard about this, they went to take charge of him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.” (Mark 3:21)



● This is an extremely important verse to focus in upon for it shockingly declares that Jesus’ natural family thought he was out of his mind (insane)! (Who is included in the family will be revealed in verse 31.)



And the teachers of the law who came down from Jerusalem said, “He is possessed by Beelzebub! By the prince of demons he is driving out demons.” (Mark 3:22)



So Jesus called them and spoke to them in parables: “How can Satan drive out Satan? (Mark 3:23)



If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. (Mark 3:24)



If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand. (Mark 3:25)



And if Satan opposes himself and is divided, he cannot stand; his end has come. (Mark 3:26)



In fact, no one can enter a strong man’s house and carry off his possessions unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can rob his house. (Mark 3:27)



I tell you the truth, all the sins and blasphemies of men will be forgiven them. (Mark 3:28)



But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; he is guilty of an eternal sin.” (Mark 3:29)



He said this because they were saying, “He has an evil spirit.” (Mark 3:30)



Then Jesus’ mother and brothers arrived. Standing outside, they sent someone in to call him. (Mark 3:31)



● This verse reveals who the natural family members were that thought Jesus was insane and states they arrived at this point. (They left to take charge of Jesus in verse 21 and arrived here at verse 31.) To the surprise of many it was Mary and his natural brothers. (Surprised?)



A crowd was sitting around him, and they told him, “Your mother and brothers are outside looking for you.” (Mark 3:32)



● Here is reinforcement of verse 31. Mary and her other sons were looking for Jesus. The reason why is stated in v. 21, that is, to take charge of him, since they thought he was crazy.



“Who are my mother and my brothers?” he asked. (Mark 3:33)



Then he looked at those seated in a circle around him and said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! (Mark 3:34)



● Jesus does not acknowledge Mary or her other sons in the slightest way as being his mother and brothers. (He didn’t even talk to them at this point.) Instead, the Lord said:



Whoever does God’s will is my brother and sister and mother.” (Mark 3:35)



● Jesus made a distinction between Mary and his brothers from being part of his spiritual family, since they were not doing the will of God at this point. It is impossible to do the will of God if you believe the Lord is crazy and desire to take charge of him. (Taking charge of Jesus would have prevented him from going to the cross.) Somehow Mary was no longer believing in Jesus (but instead thought he was now insane) and would have to have sinned to come to this low point. Hence, Mary lost her salvation because of her unbelief in Jesus. This is also clear since she was not considered by Jesus to be part of his spiritual family then. (Later on that would change.) Jesus stated who his spiritual family was in verse 34 and that excluded Mary, and only included those doing the will of God.



Finally, Jesus did not grant Mary’s request. In other words, he didn’t see her at this point when she thought he was insane and wanted to take charge of him.



These are the facts though many have never heard them before. Maybe you were of that number. Please read them again and become acquainted with the truth.



Please know that Mary is not “our life, sweetness and hope,” according to the Bible. JESUS is “our life, sweetness and hope.” This is vital for your salvation.



Please don’t trust in a sinless Mary, who is also supposed to be the Queen of Heaven and Mediatrix of All Graces. Such a person doesn’t exist. Trust in Jesus 100% for your salvation and turn from your sins. Jesus is the only Savior.

People become deceived by the Catholic system and fall for it. Why? For one, they do not bother researching. Ultimately, they do not sincerely, genuinely seek the face of the Lord. They do not seek the Holy Spirit, therefore they are not guided by Him. They are guided by their own understanding and heart.

Scripture never mentions anything about Mary being mother of GOD as Catholics teach. It never ever states Mary as sinless in any way whatsoever.

Just as it is today, in Jesus' day, when they said "you are out of your mind!" it didn't mean they were saying the person is clinically insane. It meant only that what the person was doing or saying seemed illogical or irrational to their thinking.

Also, nowhere in that scripture does it say that Jesus didn't go outside and talk to his family or that he did not love them. On the cross, Jesus made special effort to see that Mary would be taken care of. (see John 19:26-27)

Jesus was not saying that his earthly family was unimportant. There are a number of places in the New Testament where Jesus reinforces the commandment "Honor your mother and your father." (See Mt 19:19) What he was saying is that his followers, those who do his will, are his top priority, his spiritual family.

We must really understand what happened. Mary was only the mother of the earthly body of Jesus, and this body does not exist any more. Because this earthly body changed to heavenly body when He was in the grave. His Spirit whom stayed and used this body, exists before the foundation of the earth. Today Mary by her spiritual birth, she is now the child of God (Jesus). This is the only connection she has with Jesus, equal to us.

Well, I understand that I see that Jesus strongly have done things that honor his mom (Mary) and plus I did not wrote this I just found it and I believed that Mary was one of those family that was think Jesus was insane just has evidence that we see here on Mark 3:33
because I know that there was time in the past where my family think I was crazy when I became a Christian and they would tell me that I'm crazy
I can relate to that verse when they call Jesus insane
Sometime the bible tell you what you been through in your life who really experience just like some people in the bible and Jesus is one of them too just like that when they call him insane just like my family call me crazy because I go to a different church then them.

OK, Please do not stop having conversation about this because there this show that they put on the TV (EWTN) on that show is call “Journey Home” and this show is about how people became Catholic and how some stay as a Catholic. But I find this show very fishy at times because why do I have channel 17 as a Catholic channel, but why don’t we have a Christian channel on the lower numbers, but the only way to have 24/7 Christian channel such as TBN or The Word is to have a cable like Comcast or other Company that runs those Christian channels because right now I don’t have cable no more because only goes about 100 channel. So how do the Catholic put there channel so everyone could see?

Are they trying to bring wash people? Are they spending money to brain wash people? Sadly for the catholic because I hardly don’t know no one that converted to Catholic but I know people who are former Catholic like my Co-Pastor because she grew up in a Dominican catholic family home convert to protestant! I had read an article about allot of Hispanic converting to a Christian in mostly Pentecostal church and to which I know people who are Spanish that go to a Pentecostal church, but now in this article the Catholic are shake about that situation and they find that the Catholic population is droping why’ll most Non-Denominational, Pentecostal, Church Of God that are rising really fast nowadays.
So now I believed that is the Holy Spirit that is working through people to get out of that false church. See now allot of time they say that there the biggest church in the world but is not about being a biggest congregation is because the nation that are so big like Italy, Mexico, Brazil, Spain and many other Latin country that are big Country in population which means that there family tradition kept the growth of being a large congregation.

So we see that because of population of a Country that is holding a cultural traditions for many century and that what makes the Catholic church so big because as being half Puerto Rican or Spanish I read the history about people that were once slaves that was force to be a Catholic that why you see many Cubans, Dominicans and Puerto Rican that are Catholic because in history the Indian tribes that’s lived in the islands was prosecuted and even with the African slaves that brought to the islands in the sugar cane plantation but most of the Hispanic nowadays are turning to Protestants.

Sorry for my writing because I know had complaint about some that don’t always understands to what I write but I believed you’ll understood what I said..

"Christian convert to Catholic" Is like Jesus coming up to you and telling you that ALL your sins are forgiven, you are free from the curse, go and sin no more (which is so hard to do, so we are in communion with God the rest of our lives praying for forgiveness, repenting anew "renewing of our minds" daily working out our salvation, reading the word to fill our spirit with His to get rid of ours, killing that stubborn inner self), etc. < righteousness. Then we decide to just give it up from walking with Jesus and trusting our freedom and turn ourselves in to the police and become jailed for all our sins!!!

We are to be one in Christ Jesus, not one in religion! Jesus is the power and light in my building, not Edison!" < my quote! "Ye are God's building" < Bible quote!

Religions separate His children, God said to stay away from those who separate...go figure!

Don't take me wrong, but I had a heart of gold when I was little, loved it and wanted to keep it, thought everyone should have it too but why didn't they? was scared of this world...no one led me to the Lord but I was searching for Him (answers) on my own and when I found Him (at 7) I had communion!!! (Could not figure out why I hated religions but my heart was so loving and good), I knew I would find the answer somewhere in Him, AND I DID!!! If reli-on worked, then He would not have to come here now would He? He already set up His religion to follow for us (Jew) If we were to follow a religion, He would have directed us to follow one (His - Jewish) but that failed Him too, religions will kill you (like they did Him), they misslead, replace Him, and give false hope, so that is why He had to say "I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, THE LIFE, NO ONE COMETH UNTO THE FATHER BUT BY ME" < that is all we need, "Jesus" (His word) "Ye need not that any man teach you", receive Him and His Spirit now in your heart and let this teach you and guide you into all truth...heart, soul and mind. I was raised Catholic, but never accepted it. And by the way, I never say "Catholic Chu..." because they are not the church, and every time you say that you are giving them power over God's true church in the eyes and ears of the simple! I say exactly what they are (expose the wolf in sheep clothing): "Catholic Religion" ;-) I reli-on Jesus only "Cursed is he who trusts in man...blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord." the Bible says.

I asked in "communication" with the Lord one day "Lord, what is the difference between Religion and Faith?" and He said to my heart "Religion is man making God what he wants Him to be, and Faith is God making man what He wants him to be...there are many Religions but only one Faith."

Amen, I know and I believed that the bible warns us about false Traditional church but what even makes it better is that I go to a Non-Denominational which’s makes it cool. This is what people who are so call Catholic say Catholic faith why'll we say Faith aka Christian FAITH.

I think you misunderstand John's meaning when you quote 1 Jn 2:27 ("Ye need not that any man teach you."). John was not ruling out teaching by men. 1 John was written especially to combat the heresy of Gnosticism that was attacking the church in his day. Gnostic teachers were claiming that what Christians were being taught was o.k., but they needed the "special revelation" of Gnosticism to be complete.

If your interpretation of 1 Jn 2:27 is correct, how does that match with 1 Cor 12:28, which says, "And in the church God has appointed first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers,........"?
