SignUp Now!That's an interesting question. I'd like to know the answer as well. Perhaps one of the admins could get that statistic. It seems like most of the members that I interact with here fall into the 40-70 age range.I am curious. Most church houses today still struggling to hold on are mostly elderly. A lot of the churches have no young people at all.
Was it the Mega Churches puting them out of business like walmart did mom and pop stores?
God Put them out of business. Not climate control, Now ask answer your own Question Who is "LORD of ALL" and do you have to spend another 15 to 20 years to understand What The Theological GOD WORD "LORD" means, and another 5 years to learn when added in the term with Capital "ALL" formed in this way "LORD OF ALL" And Another 10 years to learn what the theological Word "SOVEREIGN" means when Referring To The "Tetragrammaton"? and after you added that and went off into That which is "INFINITE" and Cannot or have the Ability To Comprehend that Is Incomprehensible By the Finite mind. Have close and will destroy them all! and For A Reminder, wHen The glory Left the temple of God and He said My Glory shall Never return to a Building again Never will my Glory be upon A building again, Not on earth, nor in heaven or throughout all eternity, I will never see foot in another building. Even now the GLORy of GOD will never dwell in any church on earth, if he did he is Liar and The Word of God cannot be TRUSTED> Because he is A LIAR if he every enters a church building,I am curious. Most church houses today still struggling to hold on are mostly elderly. A lot of the churches have no young people at all.

That’s a good observation, I’m in that age range too. That's an interesting question. I'd like to know the answer as well. Perhaps one of the admins could get that statistic. It seems like most of the members that I interact with here fall into the 40-70 age range.
So awesome to hear that God has brought you revelation about your prior spiritual condition and that His Holy Spirit is convicting you to go deeper in seeking Him!That’s a good observation, I’m in that age range too.
I’m curious to know the stats as well.
Currently and for many years I have not been attending church. I tried the small groups thing several times, somehow they never stuck. I’ve been to different churches but the ones I would prefer to attend to are not in my area.
I can see the benefit to attending church as a new believer. However if you don’t investigate your faith or dig deeper, church ends up just being a comfortable superficial hangout place.
Over the last few years God has been working on me. I won money at a contest and I got this strong sense to buy Christian audiobooks to deepen my faith, which they did. I was tempted to spend it all on Steam games. Now I’m reading books, listening to audiobooks and sermons constant. I’m thirsty for Christ. My faith in Christ has deepened incredibly in the last few years.
Attending church those year ago, I see it now as Kindergarten for Christians. You have to pursue Him, ask questions, learn about Him, and see for yourself why Christ is savoury.
I think smaller congregations are more homey feeling. Mega churches with thousamds and even smaller one with, say 500 are to cumbersome. I mean, i have heard of people liviving across the street from one anothe and had no idea they were members of the same church for years.Thank you. I’m so happy to have found Jesus Talk community. I’ve felt alone in my faith for a long time.
