When and where is the judgment seat of Christ?

Please show me scripture for these questions:
Will the judgment seat of Christ be in heaven or on earth?
Are any of these scriptures describing the judment seat of Christ?
a) I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit...and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened. Dan 7:9-10 (KJV)
b) When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: Matt 25:31-32 (KJV)
c) And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it ...And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened...and the dead were judged ...Rev 20:11-12 (KJV)
I know the scripture says we shall all appear before the judgment seat of Christ. I am asking for scriptures that show where and when this event will take place. If these scriptures are not describing the judgment seat of Christ then show me the ones that are.
Will just the 'church saints' be judged at the judgment seat of Christ?
Will the 'tribulation saints' be judged at the judgment seat of Christ?
If not, where and when will the 'tribulation saints' be judged?
Will the 'OT saints' be judged at the judgment seat of Christ?
If not, where and when will the 'OT saints' be judged?
