Who is eating Your Lunch
My brother had a weimaraner dog. They are good bird hunting dogs from Germany. When my brother gets a new dog it takes a lot of patience’s because you must train them the way you want them.
One day John stopped to pick up parts for the quarry where we work. He left his brown bag lunch on the front seat of his pick up truck and told Heidi the dog to say in the back like she was trained. Guess what happened. Yep! The dog jumped in the front seat and ate Johnny’s lunch. He was not happy! So a training session occurred.
A few days later Johnny had to stop for parts again. He left his brown bag lunch on the seat in the front of the truck again. He was sure his former training session would be remembered. He went in to the store to pick up the needed parts and when he returned, guess what he found. Yep the dog ate his lunch again. Another training session occurred. He told me about his frustration and I was very sympathetic after I was done laughing.
It ate his lunch again, the third time my brother tempted the dog.
Finally the lesson was learned and my brother never tempted the dog again!
What he learned was that some things life, are worth taking a beating.
