Hi, my name is vale. For the past 12 years now, i have been jobless. I first came out with a bad degree. It affected me, i failed myself and my family as the first son.
I did a year of service for my country as recommended and then went back to school to redeem my degree with a diploma.
I got my diploma, but no job. There's was always an obstacle when it came to jobs. I don't have the skills or experience to match any job requirements.
My younger siblings did better than I did at school and have well paying jobs and I don't have one.
Now I have a media company run with two others, yet we are struggling.
I ask myself, where I have I gone wrong.
I feel left out. Frustrated and stagnant. And currently I have something I like doing, i.e digital marketing and data analysis. However I don't have the money or the support to enroll for online classes and a desk top computer.
I have been told to pray, but when I do, i don't see any changes in my life.
I pray for the things I need so that i can take myself out of joblessness and help my family.
I ask myself what did I do to deserve this.

We are told to be content with what we have.
Try with all your might and Jesus will bless you.

1 Timothy 6:6
Contentment in Godliness

6But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Hi Vale,

Thanks for sharing your frustration with us. Please don't worry about the past, just jointly focus on your two priorities, Jesus and your project, the media company. You should be able to borrow sufficient to get a used desktop from credit card or 'cap in hand' to successful siblings. Once you have, you need to immerse yourself in commercial social media. I have a small business and we use a company called Be More Social and if you search YouTube for tehm there's lots of tips on how to post posts that are attractive to the platforms algorithyms. In short, it's mostly about content. There are plenty of other similar organisations with similar instructional videos as well as pdfs on the web.

Once you're confident, search for local businesses and make an approach by social media message and follow it up with a cold call a few days later and get accross that you want to spend time with them, getting familiar with their business and offering to do informative, detailed posts as part of a campaign. A hook, such as an onto offer of pay for 2 months and get 3 months' service along with a FOC intro meeting for you to go along and show them your vision for their business and how you think this will bring in customers and revenue.

Hope everything goes well and do keep us posted with progress report.

Just said a prayer for you. May God bless you.

Psa 84:5 How enriched are they who find their strength in the Lord; within their hearts are the highways of holiness!

Psa 84:6 Even when their paths wind through the dark valley of tears, they dig deep to find a pleasant pool where others find only pain. He gives to them a brook of blessing filled from the rain of an outpouring.

Psa 84:7 They grow stronger and stronger with every step forward, and the God of all gods will appear before them in Zion. (TPT)

Do you believe the promises of God are true? Yes? Good. Do you believe that the promises of God are FOR YOU? Why not? He said you ARE worthy...so whom will you believe...God? Or the enemy? Choose this day....

When you pray then act in faith believing that your prayers will be answered. Ask God, then act.

Ask Him to provide that desktop computer (for example) then ask others to help you get it (siblings, friends, even strangers) and watch how God provides. He works through others. People are His hands and feet and He will use those all around you just as He strengthens your own hands to provide for yourself and your family. Maybe it will mean getting a second job for extra income with which to purchase that computer and those courses.

Be encouraged knowing you are not alone. I’ll pray for you as others will also.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
and lean not unto thine own understanding,
in all your ways acknowledge Him,
and He shall direct thy paths.'

Hello Vale,

Read Psalm 77, and learn it's lesson: especially the change that takes place in verse 10. Stop looking inward at yourself, or outward to what others are achieving, but look Godward. That is the way of victory.

In Christ Jesus
Chris

Most people who are now a success went through the fire even as you are now, you are not an odd ball! One's feeling can never replace the dream, unless you allow it! Hold on to that dream!!! No matter how things look or how you feel. Bem Franklin once said, " WELL DONE is better than well said"!! (James 1:22) Stay in the battle, you are closer to the light beyond the trees then you think!

I found in my own life before becoming a terrific Bodyguard, I also went through the fire! Homeless for some 2 years, rejections, but I never lost my dream of protecting an important figure, which I did!! Do you remember Wayne Newton? Well, I was his Bodyguard for some 3 years until my mom had her heart attack and had to go back home to take care of her, but I made it!!

And you will to!! Do not hang around negative people, keep your hope alive as I did! (Romans 15:13-14) The Lord will help you; we just have to do our part and keep our faith in him no matter what!! Blessing to you, and please keep us informed as to your progress!

Ecclesiastes 9:10 Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
11 I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

You may ask the Lord if everything is okay between you & Him and to ask for help to receive answers in case you are blind to them from Him and He will help you, but if the Lord wants you to gte ready to go in leaving this life behind, you may want to start setting your heart on the things above.

Colossians 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.
2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
3 For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory.
5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
6 For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
7 In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them.
8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
9 Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all.
12 Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering;
13 Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.

If any questions, be sure to ask Him.

James 1:2 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;
3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.
4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:
10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
11 For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.

12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.
13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.
15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.
16 Do not err, my beloved brethren.

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:
24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.
27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.
