Hello.
if you guys can pray for me it will really help me so much, well this might be to read.

I am a 16 years old girl, my family moved to United States after when my dad have passed away from a cancer.
So it was only me, my mom and my younger brother. The life in United States was aready hard, the moment that I put my foot out of the airplane; I had to learn a new language, the time was other way around from South Korea. But that was just the beginning. We had lots of family problems with our cousins whom we were living with, and after that we started to have problems with our aunts.
After moving from New Jersey to Texas we had other problems. We got our first apartment but since we are a family who are here as international students, my mom couldn't work at a place where you get paid well and able to pay taxes. But we came here to have better life, so she will find a job that will pay her cash, but that amount of money she was getting paid is not enough money for our family. We tried getting help from my moms sister, but my aunt will treat her so bad that my mom wanted to go back to Korea. But every time my mom got mad she will tell her self 'why did yoh come here for, if you are just going to be so weak'. But couldn't because we were trying to get our citizenship. But we been here for about almost 10 years, but still nothing. My aunts in Korea are saying to come back, but I feel like this will be the place for me to be who I want to be. And today I heard that one of my moms friend, who have been in United States only for 4 years are getting her citizenship, and her friend has gone to this thing call chicken farm. And what it does is you sign a contract and you go to a other state and work for 1 year anfd you are done. Why is God making my life so hard? What have I done to him to make me suffer through this much pain thag I can not take anymore. I really can't. For those 10 years why nothing has gone good for me?
If you guys can pray for my family problems and that our citizenship will happen quickly so that we can go see our family in Korea and go to see my dads grave. And also financial problems. And we are also moving and that my mom can find a job that she doesn't have to work from the sunrise until next sunrise, and where they can pay her with more money, so that she can go to doctor and get her knees fixed.

And just keep me on your prayer list will be lots of help. Thank you for reading through this long story.

Hi Bora!

We will pray for the Lord's Will to be done! Just know that God Loves you and He has a plan for you. Pray for obedience to His Will and find peace that it is in His Hands. So often we worry and think too hard on problems that when you let go of them....you immediately find some peace and later you will see that the Lord had you in his plan. True Story.....a Jewish man had sold everything he had His business, His Home all so that he could buy train tickets and boat tickets for his family to move to the United States. He had to take the train from Poland, then he had further tickets to connect to another train to take them to France. Still more tickets to take him to England and from England to America!!!.....He got to the train station 20 minutes late, with his whole family standing there all their possessions in suitcases. It was years ago before cancelation insurance. There wasn't another train....as he stood their he realized that all the money he had worked so hard to get was now tied up in useless paper! His Family was ruined, no home, no business, no money!!! He recalls calling out to God saying am I not a good Jewish man??? What did I do to deserve this???? The Jewish community rallied behind him and helped them with whatever they could. One day two weeks later the same Jewish man came in shouting praises to God....rejoicing....He was so Happy......The reason he held in his hand.......A newspaper article front page story was that the titanic had sunk. He and his family were destined for that maiden voyage. He didn't see God's Will.....He even questioned God's love for him. He then could see that God was their for him the whole time. You will be facing your own voyage in life.....pray faithfully and pray for obedience in accepting the Will of God. We will pray for you and you for us that life's problems never overshadow the knowledge that God is in control of all things and that he loves those who keep his commandments and love Him.
God Bless

Praying for you, Bora, and for your family. Life is never easy, and although you may feel lonely, you are never alone for Jesus is always with you, in the bad times and in the good times. May you know His comfort and love at this time.

Sorry for your loss. May the Lord give you the peace that you need as He will never leave us.

God bless.

Sometimes life's hardest struggles are God's greatest grace. We as human beings would never be desperately seeking God's grace or guidance if it wasn't for struggles. If we had it easy, we wouldn't need God! I know struggles are hard and what you're going through sounds like something not many people could handle. From all this, you seem like a very strong and courageous person! Don't let this defeat you. Life is hard. But God in His wonderful grace and mercy will never forsake you. I promise. God doesn't seek to give us hardships. He doesn't take pleasure in our misery. But like a loving father, sometimes a stern hand keeps us from the path of destruction. Sometimes it's the only way we can TRULY depend on Him. And I encourage you to lean on Him every chance you get. Pray about it, ask for His wisdom and if not that, ask for his Comfort. He will go above and beyond and supply all your needs.
Psalm 34:18: The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in Spirit.
