Why do some People think that GOD looks down into the Future and sees what will happen, and by doing so He knows what The Future out come will be?

Common sense says, how can you look down into something that does not exists, How can you look into the Future and The Future does not exists, How can you look into Time and Time does not exists. And by reading the Bible it makes common sense That GOD "determines" and Decrees what will happening inThe Future and what will Happen in Time before time even existed. . Because everything is For His Purpose, He did say to the other parts of The Triune GOD" "lets Us Make Man into our Image" so The Father is the one that SAID: Let us and the other heard and was in agreement.

So He does have a plan, for he said: Also:

Can you enter into "The SPIRIT of The LIVING GOD" and listen to Him and hear Him talk as he says these Words?

Isaiah 46:10
…"Remember what happened long ago, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me. 10I declare the end from the beginning, and ancient times from what is still to come. I say, ‘My purpose will stand, and all My good pleasure I will accomplish.’ 11I summon a bird of prey from the east, a man for My purpose from a far-off land. Truly I have spoken, and truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, and I will surely do it. WOW

'Hearken unto me, O house of Jacob,
and all the remnant of the house of Israel,

To whom will ye liken Me,

Remember this, and shew yourselves men:
bring it again to mind, O ye transgressors.

Hearken unto me, ye stouthearted, that are far from righteousness:
