Why don't Christians evangelize anymore?

Hi,
I've contacted many churches in my area, many different denominations, asking them if there is anyone from their church that would be willing to meet with me and talk to me about Jesus, who he is, among other questions. I also explained in emails I send and phone messages I leave that my current work schedule prohibits me from attending Sunday services and that's why I'm asking if someone can meet with me.
On the rare occasion I do have a Sunday off from work I will attend to church and fill out a visitor card. every time, I write on there that I would like to talk to someone from the church about who Jesus is, yet no one ever contacts me.
I read many of the books, i.e. Cold Case Christianity, The Case for Christ, More Than a Carpenter, etc., But would like to talk face-to-face with someone who ACTUALLY believes in Jesus and ACTUALLY believes in the Bible.
Are there ANY Christians in Las Vegas Nevada that actually believe in these?

Because they don’t know how to “Evangelise” and they don’t know what Evangelising” means., let alone “the Gospel of Jesus Christ” It has become a lost art. Plus they are taught how to go to church, and talk about people who don’t.
