Why??

Why do people always want to talk to about sexual stuff. I don't like to listen to that kind of stuff and I don't really even know about some of the stuff they talk about. They think I'm immature, but I want to have a clean and pure mind. If I do listen to it then I will dwell on it and I don't want to disobey God. I want to do what he wants me to do........so exactly how do I tell them what I am feeling without them thinking I'm immature and stupid?? They say their christian, but how could they be........

Listen to GOD and look up to Him in Jesus Christ for what you should do. You don't need to listen to people and their opinions. Just listen to GOD. Be obedient as your heart clearly desires to be.

Surround yourself around Godly people and stay away from those who are ungodly. Do pray for them nonetheless.

First of all as christians we can not judge another person. It is not our place. Maybe they don't know. ( Most do know and I am well aware of that, but just try not to question their salvation.) Next, if they are your friends tell them that you do not want to hear about things that you don't think is right. And if they are your real friends they will respect you enough not to talk about that around you. Last PRAY! Pray for each of them that GOD will help them and lead them in the right direction. Unfortunately this is the reality of the messed up world that we live in. I am a mother of 3 and I wish I could shelter my children and myself at times from some of the evil things that go on in this world but to think that is at all possible I would only be kidding myself. I have had to learn how to recycle the mess that I have to see and hear by using it to make me strong and I teach my children the same thing. This may be a gross example but when you think about the advantages of cow manure it makes it worth putting up with the mess. It starts out as mess but it becomes fertilizer which helps things to grow. If you are never exposed to the mess then how will you know where you stand and also how will you ever become a light in darkness if you are never approached by darkness. I don't think you are immature at all I think you are alot stronger than you know so just continue to be a light to those that are not as strong as you but do not allow them to make you become weak. These are the kind of test that separate the Leaders from the Followers!

The bad thing is...they are my age. It would be a lot easier if there were more people like me. Unfortunately, I haven't really found anyone like that in my school yet. I will keep praying about it.

christians talk about sexual stuff too love but it depends on what contents they say things and somtimes its not good for our ears but we need to turn the other cheek walk away from the sin of others

I know some christians talk about it, but they talk about stuff thats I don't want to hear, too dirty. It's hard when you have to be where you are and you can't walk away from them. It's hard to tune them out. You know what I mean?
