I just wanted to share, that earlier this evening, my children and I worshiped the Lord, singing and praising Him. Oh it was fantastic, and I could feel the Lord's presence and He reminded me that He inhabits the praises of His people. I love to see my children worship our Lord. (They are 14 & 11).

That is truly wonderful and pleases our Father.

He is seeking true worshippers who will worship Him in spirit and in truth.

John 4.

23 But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”

He certainly does inhabit the praises of His people.

He wants us to make a joyful noise unto the Lord.

It is so good to know that families can praise God together like this.

God bless

Yes, and the best part is when we sit at His feet and read from His word. We are to raise our children in the ways of God, that it may never depart from them.

Thank You Father, that You are here with us, always. And that You dwell in the hearts of my children. I pray that Your light will shine in them, that people will see the love of Jesus.

I have started praying with my daughter she is only 3 but i feel a great presence within her i want her to know Jesus and know he is always with her its great to have them experience the Lord

Oh yes it is. And what more beautiful thing to see than the light of Jesus in children. You can see the difference between children who know the Lord and children who don't. We are raising up a generation of Godly Warriors. They do not compromise the word of God.

Hi All,

I have also started praying with my 5 year old son. Earlier we were eating dinner, as he is a fussy eater, we were having a race to see which one of us could finish our vegetables first. I said exitedly "on your marks, get set go". He pulled lots of strange faces like I had poisened him, then half way through chewing I noticed he put his hands together and earnestly closed his eyes "Dear Lord" he said "please let me win, Amen"! Needless to say he won! "Don't forget" I said with a smile on my face "I can pray too"! Ah, he said "but I'm super special, I have a cross on my head" What could I say? "you are super special" I replied. "Yep" he resounded "and I know what God looks like". "Do you" I queried "Yep, he's got a beard and he has holes in his hands"!

He is so adorable! We have had such a calm night together as family. We turned the TV off tonight and it has been really peaceful in the house. I have taught my daughter to knit (I think)! My son has been reading lots of books today that he brought home from the library. I feel much more rested.
It's been lovely, it's so very special to share worship and prayer with our children.

God Bless
