Let no man depise thy youth but be thou an example of the believers of the word in conversation,in charity in spirit, in faith, in purity.1st Timothy Ch4 verse12 this encouraged me when I was depressed it showed me I was wasteing my life. While I could be helping people out with problems bigger than mine. Does anyone ever feel like their worrying their life away drowned in their sorrows????

I have worried to, but in some way I have never really worried at all. Like, if I will have a decent home etc... I am not rich, that is for sure, but I believe in God when He says.

Do Not Worry

25"Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes? 26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

28"And why do you worry about clothes? See how the lilies of the field grow. See how simple our Father wants us to be? Not to worry but to spend time in devotion towards His beloved Son, whom He raised up to be glorified. And when He was here, Jesus was sweet and kind and loving and very protective of His wonderful Father. Jesus loved God and trusted in Him. He let God's will be done in Him and spoke with the Holy Spirit within.

If you find yourself worrying too much, just pray! If I get stumped on what to pray for, I just repeat the prayer our Lord Jesus gave us, the Our Father and then I ask the Holy Spirit to help me pray. So in essence I pray away my worries.

that verse took all my worries cause I pray that i never bother about anything But cast it all on God....
