Given Jesus' promise of raising people to life on "the last day" (John 6:43) and its first fulfillment accordingly (Matt. 27: 50-53), which is the specific day He rose from death and also raised others with Him in co-resurrections?

Some People were resurrected to physical life at the time of Jesus's death but not to eternal life just yet.

The Day of the Lord generally refers to the end time events surrounding the return of Jesus Christ to establish God's Kingdom on earth.
The term indicates the end of man's rule and the beginning of the age of Jesus Christ's rule.
This is the time the saints will be resurrected to eternal life to help rule the Kingdom with Jesus.
And the rest of the dead in all of history will be given an opportunity for eternal life as well.
 
Suppose there are CONNECTIONS IN THE SCRIPTURES, confirmable by the powerful work of the Holy Spirit and the incredible lives of the prophets and apostles, defining the death of Jesus Christ as the means of directly and personally revealed knowledge of God for all with eternal life right here and now, then what?

There is conclusive reason to believe that "the last day" refers to the time Jesus Christ called it a day when, before bowing his head and dying, he declared "It is finished!" (John 19:30)

What conclusive reason?
" It is finished " sounds like Jesus mission on earth was done for that time. He shed His blood for the remission of sins for all humanity and told the people the good news about the coming kingdom of God.
 
I regret that both of your objections fall completely outside the two standards of the Good News from the Glorious and Blessed God, as promised in precedents, in the terms of the "new covenant" , the teaching of Jesus Christ and the testimonies by two prophets, a.k.a., Moses and Elijah, at the Transfiguration.

These are the following:
  1. Firsthand knowledge of God and
  2. Eternal life here and now,

God's final self-revelation is typically sealed in "the kind of death Jesus suffered" , with a radical change from man's thinking, by which he had promised "I will draw everyone to me" . This is the one-stop conclusive solution. The documentation is complete but not matched by interest to know.
