Agreed. Some of this is speculation. Still... one of the apostles named James was Jesus's brother.

Gal 1:19; But I did not see any other of the apostles except James, the Lord's brother.

Obviously it wasn't James the son of Zebedee.

Mary did have sons named James and Jude (Judas). Matt 13:55; Mark 6:3;

Jude claims to be James brother.

Yes, the "second" James is called the son of Alphaeus. He is also called the "James the less", which most likely simply meant he was younger than James the son of Zebedee.

Mary had a son also named Joseph (Joses) Mark 6:3; Mark 15:40; Mark 15:47; Matt 27:56; Matt 13:55;

Mary also has another son named Simon... there is also a lot of debate over whether this Simon was Simon the zealot.
( Matt 10:4; Matt 13:55; Mark 3:18; Luke 6:15; )

Roman Catholics believe that Mary always remained a virgin and that these brothers and sisters were from Joseph's previous wife.

This verse is yet another affirmation that praying in tongues is the sign of being baptized in the Holy Spirit.
The only church and the only gospel in the first century was Pentecost. There were as yet no other alternatives.
All disciples fulfilled Acts 2:4 and Acts 2:38 with the Bible evidence of 'speaking' or rather more correctly praying in a new tongue - a spiritual language
that is the manifestation of the indwelling Holy Spirit - praying in the Holy Ghost.

So where does that leave the more numerous alternative Christian faiths/denominations that are not Pentecost and do not pray in the Holy Ghost?

19 These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

Interesting but the roman catholics would have a hard time explaining why then Joseph and mary sacrificed two turtledoves if Jesus wasnt the first born son. Because the custom was the first born son for the dad, not the mum.
