And God made that water occur and, although ground water permeates the ground, land or dry ground arises from the waters, at least on this little pebble in space that we call earth.
And God encoded RNA that the earth would bring forth vegetation and made or provided that it could proliferate. And God's evening and morning were God's third phase of creation and He was pleased.

Planetary atmosphere, which to us humans is first heaven, occurred during this phase, also.

Obviously, it was during this phase that planets and planetary satellites, such as our moon, occured which means gravity began.
