Sorry, that was supposed to be "those" who don't believe. The way I see it: Christ died for the sins of everybody; the only ones who believe in Christ have the righteousness of Christ and their sins imputed!
Sins cannot be charged!

More than likely but:
1. In John 3:16, we see that God loved the world.
2. In Hebrews 2:9, Jesus tasted death for everyone, and
3. In 1 John 2:2, contends: how can anyone say Jesus did not die for everyone. But we
all probably agree that Jesus's death results only in the believers being saved.
We also see many verses that point out that all believers are His Elect.
How does God do this? He is God, He is Omnipotent.....something we say we understand, but I don't think we actually do! For example, the Bible eludes to a fact, not only has God done this but He did this before the foundation of the world ...explain that one!

Actually, foreknowing is easy to explain, any decent businessman does that ! If your going to open a car dealership for example, arent you going to do due diligence and plan accordingly? Is this city going to grow? What is the plans for the town planning committee. how many other dealerships are there? Is there high employment in this region? What is the demographic for the area? How more so our God? Who did similar planning before the foundations of the earth were even layed.

Sure, you can only believe what you believe .
If, I were you, I would personally have a hard time digesting those verses that indicate Jesus died for all. But, I am not you and I don't! Also, I am not about to question a Supreme Being on how or what they were up to millions of years ago, before the foundation! Like I said before, I can live with God only saving His Elect , how He does that, I am not the least concerned...He does what He wishes!

Another reason why no sin can be charged to God's elect is because " Christ was delivered up for all of them"

So for today; the wages of Sin is no longer death, but only to certain type of people but not to all? it is only a question.

I believe that believing in Jesus means believing all that God tells us concerning Him: His person and His work. It is not a passive belief, but an active encompassing of the truth known of Him, especially of the work of salvation by His death and resurrection, that makes it possible for us to have our sins forgiven and to be reconciled to God the Father, and have access into His presence, where there is fulness of joy now, but also have the hope of a resurrection life to come.
There is so much more, but time will not allow at the moment: such as our identification with Him, in His death, burial, quickening, resurrection and ascension to God's right hand, and the hope of eternal life through Him. Of the fact that we are accepted in the Beloved, justified, redeemed and Sanctified. That it is a finished work, and that we are 'complete' in Him. That nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. Oh my! How much there is. The half has not been told!! It really is thrilling, isn't it?
