Since I received that wound, I have been frightened and confused. I had put all of my faith in Jesus, and I wept severely. I had hoped so greatly for others, and that very hope at one point in time, a time past, crushed me. It has always been difficult for me to see others sickly, and I have always been sensitive to it. I have also been sick for a very long time myself. I wished to see a brighter world, and I considered that the world as it is now is not very bright. There is so much pain and suffering in this world, and I have personally hardly known what it is like to not be suffering something.
I am no longer defeated, but I know the limits of the world that we live in. By the righteousness that we live by, we can heal others and give them life, it is our presence that brings light into our societies. When we must judge, we judge; when we must intercessor, this also we do; we we must heal a spiritual body, we show up; it is the spirit that we carry which does all of these things, and the Lord will always receive the blessings we give, even as we are blessed. While there is much bad, the whole spirit of mankind follows suit to this one thing: good always triumphs.

Hello Brandon. We must always remember that who we are is not a body of flesh that happens to have an eternal spirit in us. What we are is an eternal spirit that currently resides in the body we recognize when we look in the mirror. There is a huge difference. The bodies we have now are only temporary. I am not my body, it is but a shell that currently holds me, my spirit. We live in a fallen world still, which includes our bodies. Our bodies are only temporary, we will get new ones, ones that dont wear out like these do. We must take care of the bodies we have now, for they are the temple of the Holy Spirit. But as temples tend to do, they fall into disrepair eventually and even go back into the dust from which they were created. Its always been whats in the temple that makes it Holy, not the building itself.
well -- the sick Are still healed -- in the New Testament -- Jesus Was the healer and still is. Only thing is that the healing doesn't always take place here on earth. In fact, lots of times it takes place in heaven. The born again believer will receive a new glorified body.
And -- God uses medical establishments all the time To heal the sick. And He Also heals tumors in people's bodies miraculously that have baffled the Dr.s. Dr's have witnessed the power of prayer's of people surviving surgerys and not needing surgery After all. But it sounds like you'd Prefer 'faith' healing without the hospitals.
And Because we live in a fallen world, there Will be both dread and Joy.
Apparently you are experiencing physical problems yourself and greatly desire healing for yourself 'here and now'. Maybe you could share That.
God works in different ways with different people.
This post caught my attention. "we can heal others and give them life" -- well , it's actually not Us that Does the healing. We can Pray for the healing of others, but we , ourselves won't be doing the healing.
"we must heal a spiritual body" -- what do you mean by that?
How about the blessings We receive as we recognize what the Lord has done / God has done and give Him the glory for it.
