Why did God create mankind?

Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Exodus 23:7 [...] I will not justify the wicked.
“Shaken not Stirred” can be a bad way of “Biblical Hermeneutics”

And I do perceive you have a problem with “idioms”.

But that’s ok, I understand.

S’Il vous plait

I do believe you missed the point of this verse and that is God ordained man before the world UNTO OUR GLORY. It is a sharing of what God is through experientially becoming
what God is.
Just as Jesus can never be the only true God, He still is a God (A life giving Spirit) through His being perfected by the Father, thus the first to complete the process. We look forward to the same perfecting as it is God that works to do His good pleasure in us and that was ordained before the world. "........For those whom He justified He also GLORIFIED" Romans 8:30

If this were the end of it, how does that in and of itself glorify the Father? And what need would there be of another "spiritual" birth which produces a "New Creature" whose eyes and
treasures are laid up in heaven and not on earth.

The very passage YOU quoted does NOT say God ordained man before the foundation of the world. You haver fallen for eisegesis as opposed to exegesis. You have read into the passage that which is not there.

You are correct in that it does not say He ordained man. It is the wisdom, hidden wisdom that God ordained before the world for our glory. Our-us-we.
Truth be told the flesh cannot inherit the kingdom of God therefore it is the spirit within the man that is destined for glory. But the flesh which wars against the spirit is the struggle
that matures the spirit within the man, so without the flesh and the carnal mind, the spirit could not mature. So take it for what you will but God chose to make man of flesh and spirit
and eventually elevate the spirit through a second birthing to the level of a son of God, thus to our glory.

He will not justify the wicked in any language, not even in French.
I do perceive you have no idea what a “idiom” is, Although you know how to read the definition. And for the “Bible” is full of “Biblical Idioms” I did not says “idiots” I said “Idioms”.

PS. I like you already, we are going to have some “Biblical fun”

“then our mouths was full of Laughter”:p

New American Standard Bible
Then our mouth was filled with laughter And our tongue with joyful shouting; Then they said among the nations, “The LORD has done great things for them.”

“Indicative”!

I don't need to, what I do know is He will not justify the wicked.
LOL, really. Well who will he justify?

3But the tax collector, standingsome distance away, was evenunwilling to raise his eyes towardheaven, but was beating his chest, saying, ‘God, be [f]merciful to me, the sinner!’ 14I tell you, this manwent to his house justified ratherthan the other one; for everyonewho exalts himself will be humbled, but the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”

Where did you get the term: “The Righteous Repentant.”

Or is that a term
You invented? If not where can the definition be found?
“The Righteous Repentant”? Just curious, that’s all,

New American Standard Bible
I have not come to call the righteous to repentance, but sinners.”

NASB 1995
“I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.”

NASB 1977
“I have not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.”

Because you view is completely opposite of “Holy Scripture”:eyes:

opposite of “Holy Scripture”
You can call them the Righteous. And then your own verses in front of you, rebuke you. He doesn't want any to perish, so He came to call sinners to repentance, because He will not justify the wicked, so He calls them to repentance, so He can justify them.
So, who is in opposition to Scripture?

Luke 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.

Ezekiel 18:21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.

Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.

Isaiah 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

Matthew 3:1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea,
2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Either this Portion of Scripture is wrong or yours words are wrong. You have the right to defends your words against the plain “sense of “Holy Scripture” the words I quoted, I will not defend. For The Bible States, “Let every man be liar and the word of God be true”

King James Bible
God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.”

So if you want to, and have decided: you quote is “The Truth” and GOD has “So ordained” it to be and He Will back up your assessment. As “The Truth”!
That’s is between you and Him.:eyes:

But me, I going to stand right here. And I ain’t going to move!

Are you dense or make it a practice to take one word out of a Paragraph or a sentence and run with as if that one describes the whole contents concerning The Text that is in question.

Did not they teach you in 2nd grade in English 1 or was it English 2 what a sentence or a paragraph meaning that lead to a continue practice from “Reading Readiness” into an “Elective” for the entrance into “college or University studies” because they will not let you take college classes unless you are familiar with The English and how is written. You never take one word out of a paragraph or sentence and run with it. In other words you cannot communicate with another properly by writing until you have a proper understanding of The Written Language in the culture where you exists although you speak in the “Vernacular” and understands its grammar on how it is applied.

For one thing, you sir comes up short, And refused to take the necessary steps in the past and The Now. And you sir wants to spread the ignorance that you yourself into The body of Christ, thru the art of self deception and pollute the unlearn with more deception that only leads to compounded deception into no repair. And the Bible says:

“If The Blind leads The Blind they both will fall into The Ditch”

And Sir you need to take The BEAM out of Your Eye!

And quest what, I am being kind to you.

You need to back off, it would be a wise decision.

For your information, my grammar school did not teach the Bible or The “Koran” or any kind of Religion.

But I do notice you have learn some new words but you have not learn how to “Rightly divide them”. It would be nice if you took the time out to learn how instead of fighting with me which is very unhealthy practice for yourself and those who are young in The Body of Christ. It becomes very Toxic for them and very unhealthy and it is not good.

Now stop it!

Let us stop this “Daniel L.” And stay on The Title Thread and stop trying to High Jack someone else’s Thread.

The Thread Title is:

“Why did God create mankind?”

Enough is enough.

Rightly divide them
Is Chrst divided? No.

Malachi 3:6 For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Psalm 119:89 For ever, O Lord, thy word is settled in heaven.

Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

-There can be no division in His Word. His Word endureth forever.

Baruch 4:1 This is the book of the commandments of God, and the law that endureth for ever: all they that keep it shall come to life; but such as leave it shall die.
Why did God create mankind?
-To love Him, that is, to keep His commandments.

Ecclesiastes 12:13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

For I will not play your games. I do respect this person who started this “Thread”. And I will ignore you concerning your “AD Hominem”.

“Why did God create mankind?”
I answered. To Love Him. Love wants to be loved.

John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
