You do realize you are quoting from the Old Testament where under the Old Covenant it was on the Jews to repent of those sins?@StewardoftheMystery
2 Kings 17:13 Yet through all His prophets and seers, the LORD warned Israel and Judah, saying, "Turn from your wicked ways and keep My commandments and statutes, according to the entire Law that I commanded your fathers and delivered to you through My servants the prophets."
This is what DAVID SAID AFTER REPENTING OF HIS SINS.
Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me.
Isaiah 1:16 Wash and cleanse yourselves. Remove your evil deeds from My sight. Stop doing evil!
For the prophetic ones, turning from the transgression of Adam's sin which is not believing God AND His words to hearkening unto the woman's word, then to believe Jesus Christ and His word by believing in Him is how we are saved is an act of repentance not done by you yet, brother, because you believe in a different form of repentance which is not in the power of sinners to do in turning from sin.Isaiah 55:7 Let the wicked man forsake his own way and the unrighteous man his own thoughts; let him return to the LORD, that He may have compassion, and to our God, for He will freely pardon.
Isaiah 59:20 "The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who turn from transgression," declares the LORD.
Are you people blind?
Recognizing that they are sinners in need of Jesus where by believing in Him is how they are saved from their bondage to sin and to death, but your call of repentance seems to remove the sinner's need for Jesus Christ to save them from their sins.
