Do the Protesters even know what they are Protesting ( Minneapolis).

Over the last few weeks we have seen all sorts of protesting going on in various places around the country, but primarily in Minneapolis where it's just gone nuts basically.

But something has come up to my mind after one of the people here posted about how Christians should act, and he used the issue about the protesters in Minneapolis as an example and what they were protesting about. The thing that came to my mind is that the majority of the protesters are paid to protest

That's right they are being paid to protest.

I was watching OAN news, a conservative news station and they had a few Clips on about the protesters in Minneapolis. And I don't think that they caught something that was said but I heard it in one of the clips which was this lady exclaiming to a police officer that she was making $200,000 in a year to protest. I've also heard a few other protesters stating that they were making $80,000 and another saying that they made $120,000 in a year to protest.

I do know that George Soros along with a number of other billionaires who hate President Trump, are funding the protesters. And causing the number of protesters to inflate the actual truth of how many people are really against different things around the country.

So before you are beguiled, or deceived by the media about all these protesters just remember in the back of your mind that a majority of them are being paid to do that and I would honestly believe that they don't even know what their protesting

The elites have always paid the poor, desperate or immoral to do their dirty work ... we know who are behind the WW's and the Global take-over.
We should know what is going on, however, we need to focus on God and learn more about Him, and how He is moving in the World today.
Focusing on what He is doing, is so more rewarding.

There have been more and more protesters coming forward saying that they're paid $200 a day or more just to go out and protest. One lady explaining she made $400 for the day, she doesn't even care what it's about she figures what the heck I'm paying my rent.

And now that the funds are being cut off from able-bodied people, people who shouldn't be getting welfare or food stamps. Because those things are for people who are unable to work, that have some legitimate reason why they cannot work. And all these people out there that are able to work and are healthy are young, complaining on YouTube and other places that they are losing their food stamps by the will of the administration, all complaining and crying because now they have to get a job.

Poor babies.

I know for a long time after covid was over people could not understand why no one was working anymore. That was one of the incentives with Trump when he stopped waitresses from being taxed for their tips. And there were other incentives trying to get people to work.

Even I couldn't understand how so many people would not work, I mean how the world did they survive. But now I know how they survived, because they were getting welfare checks, they were getting food stamps. And why why were they getting these things, because the previous administration welcomed them to be on welfare and to be on food stamps. It's how they bought their votes.

the 10 billion or so in fraud in Minnosota is just the tip of the iceberg in my opinion. that money went a lot of places..

some firms have bought anonymized cellphone data and you can see that a lot of these protestors are the same people in other protests elsewhere.

You are absolutely correct. The politicians of minnesota havent been at this game of corruption as long as states like CA, IL, NY, NJ (basically the typical blue states) so they werent quite as good at hiding their corruption so thats why they were caught first. But now that some ppl are waking up to just how corrupt liberals, and hollywood and the nwo order are, more will hopefully be exposed to the light of day. Rosanne Barr said awhile back in an interview with Tucker Carlson, that alot of ppl in hollywood are basically vampires, eating human flesh, drinking human blood, prefering the flesh of babies. He sort of laughed it off, finding it hard to believe, and now that some of the epstein files have been released, it basically verifies that what she said was spot on.

I've no idea how many of the protesters were being paid to protest, all i can say is that the interviews with the protesters that i saw showed a pretty clear understanding of why they were protesting, which was, the actions of ICE and Border Control officers in enforcing what they saw as Trumps brutal anti immigration policies.

I'd be interested to see the link where one of the protesters said she was earning $200,000 a year as a paid protester, was there any official verification of this claim , as we all know just how easy it is in this age of mass communication to portray fiction as fact and i would imagine that there are also forces at work paying to disrupt the protests and portray the protesters in a bad way, Thats just the corrupt nature of humanity i'm afraid.

For myself , the issue is clear, Christ commanded his followers to love their neighbours, to treat others as they'd like to be treated and in Matthew 25 :43, condemned those that turned the stranger away to "everlasting punishment". We can debate the practicalities of such a position, we can look for difficulties or long term solutions, but to me it seems the underlying principle is clear, as a Christian, a follower of Christ, we are to follow his commandments whether or not they conflict with our own moral or political ideals.

Only reason I can come up with on why they do what they are doing is that many have demons in them..we are told this is a spiritual battle seems many put that aside the screaming for us to take on rapist murderers child sex trafficking drug dealers n thief's..they are stalking federal officers j put their name n address on the Internet for people to target they don't care that they are doing they're job n they have children n family.. now we got them throwing bombs at our people they all gotta go..how he they fought for abortion up until the date of birth n passed it in NY n I believe in Cali they r trying to pass a bill that will allow them to kill the child up to a month old out of the womb..demons only demons will do this..they are shutting down on the Internet the Iranian people celebrating because they are fighting for freedom n winning yet these good balls are protesting to keep the raping n murdering of woman n children to continue..demons these people are demons then we got those that are pushing children to hate themselves and to mutilate themselves demons only demons do this they hate man they hate woman's they hate children then ya got the real looney ones that believe men should be allowed in lil girls restroom n lockers room n what not given all the perverts a golden ticket to be able to do what they want even easier..

Something that you might like to know, when people practice gay and lesbian type activity, they invite the demon into them. It is what's referred to as perfect possession. Most people who are possessed don't want to be possessed. But those who practice homosexuality want to do that, and so they invite the demons into them. So when we look at States like California there are so inverse into homosexuality and other forms of sin we have to remember that they have invited the demons in. I'm not sure if you do Bill, i get my information from Campaigning and Charitable groups and some independent news sources, i also find Al Jazeera useful for its perspective on the Middle East, as for the term "Mass Communication", i was thinking of that more in terms of the internet, where its all too easy , even more so now with the advent of AI and the tendency for Social Media to re-enforce opinions rather than questioning them with alternative viewpoints, to have a false and biased narrative of events presented .
This is why i'm asking for your news source about the protesters being paid. But even though news outlets can obviously influence how we view a situation, our response to that situation should be based not on news reports, but on the teachings of Christ.

While protests are organized and some groups behind them are funded, the specific claim of protesters "being paid" lacks substantiated sources and has been repeatedly debunked as a recurring as yet unproven reporting appears to be used to discredit activism.

Enforcing the Law which is all that ICE is doing, is not the problem, because until the Law Changes, then what they are doing is valid and legal. Using analogies of previous times where laws were used to suppress a people etc., is invalid here. This is a Democracy that allows these laws to be put in place by voted in representatives which it was in the writing of the original Constitution and was not enforced by the last administration. The public had issue with them not following the law, or doing anything to change it, and if the majority of the voting public does not like it, then they can then vote them out, and put in those who they do which is exactly what happened. The previous administration could have tried to change the laws, instead of just not enforcing them, but they did not. This current administration doesn't want to change the laws, just enforce them, which is what they were voted in as representatives to do. That is all they are doing, and IMHO, doing so rightly.

The sovereignty of the government goes without question, because no outside group, or country has the authority to do what a duly elected representatives do in the USA are elected to do. Happened with Abortion, when it was allowed, then the Pro-Life groups, continued to press their case, and eventually Abortion was removed from the purview of the Federal Government. Which then allowed each state in the USA to determine whether they would allow for Abortion or not, or somewhere in between. Which is what is currently happening in every state. However, this is the example that shows you as in the issue of illegal immigration, it is the right of the people of this country to decide through their elected officials. The problem will be is that this is part of the Constitution, and will require not just a simple law, but a constitutional amendment to change. However, it can be done, as other amendments have been added to the Constitution throughout the history of this country.

So, whether you believe it right or wrong, is irrelevant. Let your voice be heard through the ballot box, and protest if you must (peacefully), neither endangering those who have a job to do, or yourselves, who have other priorities I would imagine, like taking care of family etc. they have responsibilities for/to as well.

You are welcome to change your citizenship to the USA and add your voice by going to the ballot box and voting for a representative, or running yourself on the ideals you believe in. Who knows, maybe you'd win!

Thanks for this reply Brother Nick, I know that we disagree on the fact, whether or not. as Christians, we should go along with the wishes of the majority or laws of the Country, even if they go against the teachings of Christ. I am not so much concerned with the Legality of an action, but whether it contravenes Christs teaching , which i feel override any legal considerations.

The problem will be is that this is part of the Constitution, and will require not just a simple law, but a constitutional amendment to change. However, it can be done, as other amendments have been added to the Constitution throughout the history of this country.

For myself, the Sovereignty of Christs teachings come before any man made law or tradition. And when Christ said to his "Sheep" one of the reasons why they were chosen for Salvation was, " I was a Stranger and you took me in,......for when you do this to the least of these my Brethren you have done it to me", then thats how , as a follower of Christ, i must try to live my life.

I agree with you Brother Nick, my beliefs, if not based on the teachings of Christ, are irrelevant, and i think we all need to examine regularly whether or not the way we think and act is attuned to Christs teaching of Love and Compassion for those suffering and in need.

I dont see myself as a "citizen" of any country Brother Nick, i see my allegiance to Christ alone, for as Christ so rightly said " You cant serve two Masters......" and i see Christs call to love others as i love myself wherever suffering and injustice occur in Gods world. ......" As to moving to the US and standing for office, i dont think you'd take me Brother Nick, and if by chance i was accepted and ran myself, whos going to vote vote for someone whos anti militarism, pro open borders, anti abortion, anti rich, pro poor, pro Environment and above all calls on voters to Love God and treat others as theyd like to be treated, not really an agenda for high office!
