VERY CLEAR, Thank YouWhat I think you need to do is to read Romans 9:6-9, think it through and consider the implications it might have to your singular view of the term Israel in view of what this text is teaching.
The natural children are not the true children at all, nor are they Israel! Only the supernaturally born, these are the permanent and true possession.
"A lot of people think that the physical descent of who the tribes of Israel are matters according to the Bible. But according to Paul in Galatians 3:16, the promise given to Abraham (and by extension to Isaac, Jacob, etc) was:
“spoken to Abraham and to his seed. Scripture does not say “and to seeds,” meaning many people, but “and to your seed,” meaning one person, who is Christ.
Further on in verse 29 he makes even clearer saying:
If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.
This was 430 years before the Exodus. He confirms that the meaning of true Israel is not determined by physical descent in Romans 9: 6-8 saying:
It is not as though God’s word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel ARE Israel. Nor because they are his descendants are they all Abraham’s children. On the contrary, “It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned.” In other words, it is not the children by physical descent who are God’s children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring.
And he has made clear in Galatians 3 that the children of the promise are those in Christ."
"Galatians 4, Paul writes, "Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are children of promise," indicating that Christians are like Isaac, who was a child of promise."
