If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha. Thy blood be upon thine own head, vain man. I am clean.
At the risk of being reprimanded by the mods,i have to say, lady you're nuts.

Well son....You'd better live by some kind of law....I call my law SELF DISCIPLINE....If you don't live by at least that you'll never get anywhere in this life. You'll never get anything done, your life will be chaos....In truth son.....you talk foolishnessThen you are living by law not faith

Anyone can have works without faith, but it is impossible for anyone to have faith without works.
The only works faith produces is the fruit of the Spirit. The feeding the poor and helping and being kind and compassion is a product of that.
Jesus said the works of the Father is to believe on him he sent. If you have true faith, the works will be automatic.
Anyone can have works without faith, but it is impossible for anyone to have faith without works.
Hi Lentz
We always have to consider what faith exactly one is referring to. When one interrogates the required faith, you will see that it is a product of works.
So, please advise, what 'faith' exactly are you implying one needs to be saved?
Not explaining the faith you infer is like saying all works are good or all car drivers are bad.
If the faith needed is as you say ''believe on Him He sent'' what exactly does that mean? Can you be specific.
I would say there is THE FAITH
Timothy and Jude
What works do you perfom?
Im sorry. I am covicted over that outburst....Thanks daddy.
Please forgive me. I have been attacked for everything i post. If people dont agree with my thoughts and beliefs thats fine. But one person has condemned me to hell twice over this thread. I think think this thread.
Anyway all i am saying is....you can not add law to salvation.
Yes there must be laws or rules to go by, but to say i must say 3 hail Marys or clap my hands 3 times while spinning in a circle to be saved is adding to Christ work on the cross and saying he wasnt good enough,we must add this also to be saved.
I see why folk cant understand this.
But anyway brother i am trully sorry.
You're right. You cannot add 'Law' to salvation but you must live by certain protocols/ laws/ disciplines or you will lose the race for the crown. Old Covenant law has no place...And too, Jesus DID give us two laws to follow...laws upon which all the Old Covenant laws are hung.Im sorry. I am covicted over that outburst....Thanks daddy.

Please be specific. You ask for specific works yet you say ''faith''.
Saying ''the faith'' is like saying ''the works''.
Joh 6:28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?If i may ask...what works do you do? Personally.
Joh 6:28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
Joh 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.
1Cor 3:9 For WE ARE LABORERS TOGETHER WITH GOD: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. (KJV)
2Cor 6:1 . WE ARE WORKERS TOGETHER WITH GOD So we beg you: Don't let the grace that you received from God be for nothing. (ERV)
My "work" is to believe in Jesus Christ, God's "work" is to do what I believe in him to do. Co-working together with God.
I live in a nursing home. I can barely walk and have been fitted for a wheelchair...What work can I do? Or your friend? This is the primary work for any Christian.I know a man in a nursing home. He is paralyzed with one of those breathing tubes in throat. He cant move or talk.
What works should he be doing?

Hebrews 4:11
11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.
This is what the bride will do. All other Christians will be 'also rans' being saved but not a part of the bride.
