Are Preachers Really Necessary?

Well; I wasn't aware Christ was thinking of me when he went to the cross till a man
at work walked up and told me. That was quite a eureka moment because before
then I was of the opinion that Jesus died for the sins of the world but for nobody in
particular. In point of fact, I had been brought up to feel sorry for Christ as a victim
of cruel circumstances beyond his control. Had that man not taken the initiative to
speak with me, I might've never known the truth.

Preachers are not necessary if you believe in predestination.
However, the Bible says...

Mark 13:10; "The gospel must first be preached to all the nations.
1Cor 1:21; For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.

Acts 8:30; Philip ran up and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet, and said, "Do you understand what you are reading?"
Acts 8:31; And he said, "Well, how could I, unless someone guides me?" And he invited Philip to come up and sit with him.

Rom 10:14; How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?
Rom 10:15; How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, "HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!"

Eph 4:11; And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers,

' For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness;
but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.'
(1 Cor. 1:18)

'For after that in the wisdom of God
the world by wisdom knew not God,
it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching
to save them that believe.'
(1 Cor. 1:21 )

'But we preach Christ crucified,
unto the Jews a stumblingblock,
and unto the Greeks foolishness;'
(1 Cor. 1:23)

'Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men;
and the weakness of God is stronger than men.'
(1 Cor. 1:25)

'But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God:
for they are foolishness unto him:
neither can he know them,
because they are spiritually discerned.'
(1 Cor. 2:14 )

'For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God.
For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness.'
(1 Cor. 3:19)
