No I don't believe so. The Bible clearly says that God would never will anyone to suffer but have eternal life. God is all love. He could never predestine anyone to go to Hell. People choose Hell for themselves by rejecting Christ. I think all that means is that God knows beforehand who will accept him and who will accept Hell. God loves us more than our parents love us. More than we love our own children. So no. He predestines no one go to Hell. That's a lie out of the pit if Hell to make others consider Him wicked which He is not. Please don't think God predestines man to Hell. That contradicts the loving nature of God.

Ok , just pop quick short question, why did Jesus have to come to earth to die a horrible and violate death, body beaten beyond recognition that idid not look like a human body, all of his bones pulled out of socket. “ was that the love of God to His son” for who? It seems to me the only way you see it! Just because what? Beleiveth? That is the only crime! To punish HIS Son in such a way! Explain the “innocence” of such brutalities of such a act by GOD!
One more thing, what kind of God that has to look down through time to see a outcome of a any event. Sounds like a a weak God. The GOD I know, do not have to look anywhere to see what will come to pass. Because what so ever comes to pass HE has so ordained it to be. Because HE is “Sovereign” HE is The Potter and everything is the Clay! He shapes everything that is to be. Why, because He Is GOD and everything is in his “Provenience” Everything is on time, and everything Will come to be , just like He plan it before there was a “time “ or “space” or a Heaven of the Heavens before Angels and non-angels even before the foundations of the Cosmos! He looks no where to determine the out come of anything, your Father is greater that what you could even imagine, “A finite mind Cannot comprehend. “The Infinite ”. [incomprehensible]❤ Take a look at the universe , the sola system the Galaxies trillions of stars in in a Galaxy, trillions of Galaxies, HE created these things , Where was GOD standing when HE created these things? And this is just the Beginning!❤ HE has great things instored for us!
