Are we ALL the offspring of God??

[/QUOTE]
Like I said in the post the Elohim which was translated as God about 2300 times is a plural, feminine word. Example from Bible that supports this feminine concept is David in the Psalms
Psalms 34:2 "My soul shall make HER boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof and be glad."

Like His brethren comes from Heb 2:17 Wherefore in all things it behooved Him to be like unto His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful high priest......

He had to be a man in order to understand what a man went through upon the face of the earth, it was through His own experiential knowledge of our situation that would make Him
a more merciful priest, He had to live it. This of course was by the design of God.
We who will be made kings and priests unto God through Jesus Christ will obtain that same experiential knowledge that will make us more merciful and faithful priests as well.

The post stands for itself as far as trinity is concerned. I have fought that too many times and care not to indulge in it further, but will say:
There is ONE TRUE GOD that is the Father of us all including Jesus Christ. There is one Son of God that has been proclaimed to be a God after He was resurrected by His Father.

Psalms 45:6-7 Thy throne, O God, is forever and ever: the scepter of thy kingdom is a right scepter. Thou lovest righteousness and hatest wickedness: Therefore GOD, THY GOD, hath anointed
thee
with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. Put this with John 20:17 and understand that God is the God of Jesus according to His own words. Here are 2 witnesses.
Psalms 45:6-7 Repeated in Hebrews 1:8-9
The 45th Psalms should be read to understand that this prophecy was about Jesus. But was not completely fulfilled until after Jesus' resurrection some 500 plus yrs later,
when He was glorified by the Father.

Jesus Christ the same ............. Jesus was the 41st generation from Abraham. It was not until He received His baptism in the Holy Ghost at Jordan that He became the 42nd Generation.
The very first of the NEW CREATURES. Thus Jesus Christ the same etc began that day as the very 1st man to ever be born of God spiritually(born again) and this was the opening up of the Kingdom of God which he preached His entire ministry as this was the resurrecting power that this man attained to according to the wisdom and plan of God. Rightly dividing the word of God is not always an easy thing to do.

Acts 13:41" Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish; For I work a work in your days, a work that ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you."

Tell me what word would you apply to
1) An immortal spiritual being, that death has no dominion over.
2) An incorruptible spiritual being.
3) One that sits in the same throne as Jesus Christ who sits in His Fathers throne.
4) One to whom nothing is impossible according to Jesus Himself in Matt 17:20
5) Who has been justified and glorified by God.
6) And is a son of God. Remembering that KIND PRODUCES KIND.

Ps the post never said I was. And neither was Jesus until after His resurrection for that is when He was glorified and all power in heaven and earth was given to Him.
No elect is glorified until the first resurrection, so it would seem most peculiar to me also if someone were to declare they already were a god while still stuck in a human body.
The sons of God who are still in the body are undergoing a gestational period where they become more like their Father. Jesus underwent this same process while still in the body,
this was His period of perfecting. And having been perfected He became the author of eternal salvation, and a life giving Spirit. And we know that when we see Jesus we shall see
Him as he is now for we shall be like Him. Immortal, and Incorruptible.
So you deny the Trinity. That leaves you beyond the scope of the children of grace, I hope you get over it at some point.

This is antichristian cultic drivel.

Its a simple thing. If Jesus became God , then it follows that sometime earlier someone (something) BECAME the Father.
This is the stuff cults are made of.

ADAM was only a lump of dirt created by "The Christ of GOD" a mere lump of dirt . and could never be a "son of The LIVING GOD"
Which was the son of Enos, which was the son of Seth, which was the son of Adam, which was the son of God.
(Luke 3:38 KJV)

this understanding I believe cannot be taken away, neither by the counsel of men, even the Angels that is in Heaven or The Creatures that exist below, and any other living creature that exist, both "Invisible and visible".
Apparently that includes scripture.

I am different,
Who am I to argue? But as an offspring of Adam, then, aren't you just a mere lump of dirt too?

As illustrated by the passages there was a DAY in which Jesus was begotten in the flesh by the Father as a man. By definition a body that contained a spirit. That spirit just like yours needed to be born a second time (spiritually) as the spirit placed in the flesh is only feminine, but becomes a son when quickened by the Holy Ghost (born from above), exactly as what happens to each of the elect, in order to see the kingdom of God. It behooved Him to be made exactly like His brethren in all things

Where did you get that?

8Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

I gather you deny the Trinity, correct ?
Wait a second... do you deny that Jesus was begotten? Or that he came in the flesh? Or are you saying that Jesus always was in the flesh (being the "same" and all that)?

And if Jesus was the same yesterday and to day and for ever, then the Father was always greater than he.

Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
(John 14:28 KJV)

Clarification would be greatly appreciated.

As to the rest what is your question?

So you deny the Trinity. That leaves you beyond the scope of the children of grace, I hope you get over it at some point.

So define your understanding of Trinity for me please. The word is tossed around a lot but not really sure that the meaning is conveyed just by invoking the word.

This is the stuff cults are made of.

Cult: A system of religious veneration and devotion directed toward a particular figure or object.

Thus by definition Christianity itself is a cult as our devotion and veneration is directed towards the Father and Jesus Christ.

Now just because you attempt to extrapolate that since this happened then it follows that something else must have happened means nothing.

However as is stated in the Bible God BECAME Jesus' Father the day the Holy Ghost overshadowed Mary. "I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to me a Son." Future tense when spoken,
and fulfilled at his physical conception.

Does one become a Father without having children?????

When was it that God gave Jesus Christ all power in heaven and earth? Before or after resurrection?
When did death no longer have dominion over Jesus? Before or after resurrection? And truly deaths dominion over Him was only during the time He became sin who knew no sin.

As far as Jesus becoming God? Thats not what I said, I said He became "a God" as kind begets kind a son of God must grow up and become what his Father is.

Heb 1:8 "But unto the Son He saith, thy throne, O God, is forever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of thy kingdom."
So when did Jesus Christ become the begotten Son of God/Son of man in the flesh according to scripture? And again, in the spiritual sense, at His second overshadowing by the Spirit of God?
Hebrews 1:8 is Pauls exclamation of what Jesus Christ had been promised in the Psalms and achieved after His sacrifice.

For clarification Psalms 45:7 "Thou (Jesus) lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: THEREFORE GOD, THY GOD, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows."

How can Jesus Christ be the Only True God, or a part of the Only True God, if God is Jesus' God?

In His own words: ................I ascend unto MY GOD and YOUR GOD, and to MY FATHER and YOUR FATHER..........

The offspring is the son of man
They will be revealed at the end

Genesis 26:4-6 (NKJV) And I will make your descendants multiply as the stars of heaven; I will give to your descendants all these lands, and in your seed, all the nations of the earth shall be blessed; because Abraham obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commandments, My statutes, and My laws."
So Isaac dwelt in Gerar.

OIP-42.jpg

Matthew 19:13-17 (NKJV) Then little children were brought to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them.
But Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven."
And He laid His hands on them and departed from there.
Now behold, one came and said to Him, "Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?"
So He said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments."

Look up the Nicene Creed .

A counterfeiter uses the same paper, ink and even plates , wherever possible . But at least you've admitted your polytheism.

Personally, I think the Trinity has a lot of dents in it.

Rhema

(But it is good to know that you are an Orthodox Christian. Now might that be Eastern Orthodox, or Church of the East?)
