Benny Hinn - False Prophet Extraordinaire

I vaguely remember seeing Benny Hinn when I was newly saved. I was kind of in awe when I saw how people went down, apparently, under the Holy Spirit.
I've since learned this man does everything in the flesh. God may use him anyway. Isaiah 55:10-11 reads;
As the rain and the snow
come down from heaven,
and do not return to it
without watering the earth
and making it bud and flourish,
so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,
so is my word that goes out from my mouth:
It will not return to me empty,
but will accomplish what I desire
and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

He has a brother, Henry Hinn, who has a popular ministry and church in Vancouver, BC. Not as flamboyant as his older brother but definitely something similar there.
I'm not a fan of ANY televangelist, as most of them have proven to be very superficial and into it for the money. My only exception is Billy Graham. He has ALWAYS stayed on point and submitted to a peer group.

Benny Hinn may or may not be right in all things...I do not know. BUT.... How do you reconcile your criticisms of one called by GOD with this verse? Psalm 105:15 and is speaking of The Nation Israel and Her Prophets. In verse 14 God says, "He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes; Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm."

Do you just pick and choose which scriptures you will obey?

Sadly, Billy Graham has also fallen.

Again I will ask....

How do you reconcile your criticisms of one called by GOD with this verse?

The name (i.e. Billy Graham) was mentioned; I merely replied with the truth.

I accept the fact that the majority is under varying degrees of mind control. And my time is God's time, and it is indeed valuable. So the question is, do you really want to know the truth, even if that requires you to change your current position?

What other people do for or to the LORD is not your business or mine. We have enough to do just walking in obedience to FATHER ourselves. Your opinions of one called by GOD will not alter anything. I say this, not to slam you, but to state a fact. Criticism does nothing but offend. ¿Entiendes? Even if Billy Graham found the fountain of youth and started taking drugs, drinking and chasing girls. That's between him and GOD. It affects your life not at all.

It's the truth? I don't care. Its still gossip to speak of it when you cannot alter the situation. Frankly though. I don't believe it.

Wrong answer. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. (Eph. 5:11)

Your opinions...

As I intimated, that Graham works for the enemy is not opinion, but demonstrable, researchable fact.

...of one called by GOD...

I can see you believe that; yet your belief and the truth are not necessarily synonymous.

Criticism does nothing but offend.

...If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (John 8:31-32)

Even if Billy Graham found the fountain of youth and started taking drugs, drinking and chasing girls. That's between him and GOD. It affects your life not at all.

Wrong answer. An offense against God is an offense against every one of his followers.

Its still gossip to speak of it when you cannot alter the situation.

Wrong answer. One praying born again believer can, and has, changed the world.

It's the truth? I don't care.

Finally, a truthful, if not tragic, answer...

Well your self righteous judgments are all yours kid. Have a nice day

I find your logic to be far too offensive to continue talking to you

If we say that we have fellowship with [God], and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth (1 John 1:6)

What's the saying? Clean up your own backyard? The FATHER says "Matthew 7:3
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?"

Matthew 7:1
Judge not, that ye be not judged.

Luke 6:37
Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

[h=3]Corinthians 4:5[/h]Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)
5 So don’t pronounce judgment prematurely, before the Lord comes; for he will bring to light what is now hidden in darkness; he will expose the motives of people’s hearts; and then each will receive from God whatever praise he deserves.

So...What? Do you judge others and walk in disobedience yourself?

just a word here...Why do we attack the ministers of God..? the tares and the wheat come to mind ..if we pluck the weeds now we upset the growth of the healthey plants ..these two shall be seperated on the day of harvest,,now is not the time.instead we should pray that God keeps us all in check until His coming for all hve sinned and fell short of the Glory of God...1 chronicels 16:22 Touch not my annointed and do my prophets no harm...says it all i think....rev

Matt 7:15-23
15“Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. 16By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. 18A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. 19Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.
21“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’ 23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’

Do you know who the Lord's annointed is? Do you know who His prophets are? When it says do not judge, that means both in a bad way and in a good way. Do not glorify any man with such a title except in your own heart if you so wish.

You're right I don't know..! But what I do know is this.
i myself have set in on one of mister Hinns services in Okc in 89-90 approx. yes there was things about it that concerned me..
including some well placed law suits.. Still I also know Gods word is to warn ,heal and chastise..but it also tells us not to use it as a weapon against Gods people...IMHO ..the reason ministers get out of sync. With Gods call is due to getting caught up in the media pedistal and the word says Pride comes before destruction.. not for us to label but to pray that if they be out of Gods will that He restore them..as Christ prayed from the cross Father Forgive they know not what they do.My God is more than big enough to handle any ministers faults and protect those who may be misled. And to hold accountable the ministers at fault .And like wise hold us accountable for not lifting a fallen soldier for the sake of the cross...in His love ...Rev

Yeah..We have to remember that these guys are just people like us. They put their pants on one leg at a time, eat, sleep etc. Like us all are prone to mistakes, Feel better when they repent etc. We have no place to judge anyone. Our job is to pray for one another. Nothing more.
I wonder if any who judge these people have gone to them and discussed it? Or taken another to remonstrate with them?
