@ B-A-C -- maybe satan never bothers them because they aren't challenging the people with the Gospel. Preachers who tell people only what they want to hear -- prosperity gospel -- preach 'stuff' rather than God's Word - they will have a huge audience. Have the money people send in. But they Will answer to God -- being responsible for those they have misled whether on purpose or in innocense.

And, yes, Billy Graham was wonderful.

Ravi was good, too.

King David was one who messed up really bad and God did use him in spite of.

The Christian Post is not always accurate about its postings. It tends to favor calling something good or bad without the evidence to back it up, based on what others say.

Ok. It was just one source. The YouTube video is another. There are others. I'm not opposed to any truths he spoke. However, can we really know the hearts of men? Of course we should follow Jesus and let the Holy Spirit teach us all things and give not respect to persons. Test all things.

I dont think its wrong to respect people in their faith, its just that we should not put our faith in what they say as gospel, and to use the gift of the Holy Spirit to let us know what is right and wrong, and to only put Jesus on that pedestal.

We have a responsiblity to both our own spiritual life and that of the church. We are not called to be deserted islands, but to be part of the collective church, the spiritual church as a whole, even those who for some reason dont go out to a local church but watch tv or radio preachers to help be encouraged to grow in the Lord. This site is filled with preachers, including yourself. If someone disagrees with you,does that make you one of those statistics? Now this being said, a good many of the "popular" evangelists are somewhat corrupted by thier popularity if nothing else. The old power corrupts statement.

You have a delightful sense of humor my friend....We are not called to judge anybody but ourselves... When the Word says to judge among ourselves, its for the settling of disputes, not to pass judgment on other people. In fact, we are told NOT to judge others...

Tough one. Only God knows the heart of a man. Before I stopped watching all tv including basic t.v. altogether some years ago, I loved watching Charles Stanley and Michael Youssef sermons.

I do not watch any of the TV Evangelists anymore, many are good speakers, but that doesn't mean they are born again from above, washed and spiritually regenerated souls.

I often wonder What Would Jesus Say? They live well, have their own jet(s), they ask their followers to give generously, but there are many stories of people hitting hard times and they never give a penny to help them.

There is good amongst the evangelists, but there is also bad, there are some who are no doubt born-again, there are definitely some who are not, though we are not the ones to judge that. That said, it is the same in the 'churches' worldwide, there are pastors who are saved and pastors who are not.

As for me, I have The Word, I feed on The Word, it is more than enough for me. I have learnt to be content in all situations.

That is what the Lord wants from us my friend, tears for the lost, laughter and even a grin

We do hurt and hold concerns for our loved ones salvation, especially in these 'time is running out' days. But, I have learnt to be content my friend, our prayers, through Jesus, are in the prayer bowls with the Father in Heaven. They will be answered, according to God's will, in God's time, but unlike healing which requires Faith, Salvation also requires a change of heart in the lost soul. But the days are running out brother paul we might say, but there is no reason under heaven to worry or be concerned, just Believe and remain in Faith. So long as those prayers for our loved ones Salvation, are through Jesus. and with the Father we do not need to even be concerned.

Our Father is the one who will say to our Lord, go get your bride. By the time he says this, the Spirit will be quickened and prayers will be answered, how wonderful that will be my friend, truly wonderful. Thanks be to God our Father, Yeshua our Lord and Saviour and the Holy Spirit. In Yeshua's Holy Name we rejoice and give thanks for the wisdom of God and everything he has planned in minute detail. PTL Amen

I do not know, but cannot help but wonder, it will probably be on paid to view channels. It is amazing how things change when money is involved.
