a Praise to report
One day in Church a young lady who has her arm in a sling came in the church,the teaching was on the power of grace,after the messege,I felt very strongly to have a prayer line. To those of you who have never heard of this,it is usually done when the service is almost over, however i have seen the Lord move during a teaching as well,but usually this is done near the very end of the messege,all who need prayer for anything are allowed to move up front,and form a line,I had the pleasure this day of conducting this,one by one they line up, like ducks in a row,then as I do not know why,I have several of the elders stand behind them, for many will fall under the power of Jesus,I to be honest do not know why,but I do know it happens,so i do not want any to get hurt! So we make sure.For some i pray in english, for some the lord may lead me to pray in the Spirit,when i arrived to the young girl in a sling,she was crying so hard!! I moved close to her, so as not to embarass her,and told her that she was to be an example of God's grace,she looked up at me in wonder,as my hand was just above her head,she fell backwards,the elder caught her placed a small blanket over her,and we moved on,near the end of the grace train, as i call it,she rose up and yelled!! HEY!!!! MY ARM!!! MY ARM!!! I looked her way and as the Spirit of the Lord was very heavy on me said,daughter take your arm out of the sling and move it up and down,I know Jesus has touched you,why heck!! I did not even get all the words out, as she pulled the sling away and throw her arms up and said!! " blessed be the name of the Lord,for this day I have seen thy grace!" she was smilling a lot now!! her eyes were very bright,we all were blessed by this as well! For those who wonder after this please read 1 Cor the 12th chapter. Hebrews 4:16 the throne of grace,how can we have confidence?because we understand we will always need mercy and grace to help us in time of need. I do not tell you this,to have focus on me,for I have no power whatsoever! I tell you this, so you will know without any doubt!! That Jesus Christ is the same,as the Old testament mal3:6 which reads,I am the Lord your God, I change not!and Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ!! the SAME!!!! Yesterday,and today and yes!! FOREVER! Let no one fool you fellow believers!! It is time for his people to change,to come back to Jesus, to love him as he so loves you! Blessing to you!! 1 Cor 2:5

Being honest with God has to do with seeing yourself as God does, and that being a NEW CREATION. We are born again, made new. And yeah that involves know you are loved like your name says.
FM, great testimony. You see yourself as an overcomer and that's what you're doing by the power of God and the blood of Jesus.
I always thought people were born gay. That's why I had trouble believing in the bible, or at least what the bible says about homosexuality. Being a straight guy, I haven't had any gay desires ever. Someone once told me that at some point in everyone's life they question their own sexuality, but that's never rang true with me. I've always been attracted to the females and have zero attraction to males. Even if I try to put myself in a gay man's perspective recognizing someone like George Clooney as a handsome fella, there's just no sexual attraction. He's good looking, sure, but where's the sexual desire? I just don't get it with gay people. I'm not judging, I'm just curious as to how their mind thinks. You often see the sterotypical flamboyant dude with a lisp and immediately know he's gay. And sure enough, more often than not, they are. I always thought this was a genetic attribute gay people have. That it wasn't a choice, but a genetic defect of some sort. Anyway, I don't characterize someone like Fire Mountian in the same way I would gay people that haven't been abused sexually by a same-sexed figure. I've never been abused sexually so I don't know how devasting that is first hand, but I can imagine it having a negative impact on one's life...but the gay people that don't have a story like this puzzles me. Again, I'm not a gay hater by any means, I'm just often curious as to how they get that particular feeling when they discover they aren't attracted to the opposite sex. Bi-sexuals intrigue me just as much if not more. If this isn't natural, how can people say they've known they were gay since they were like 6 or 7 years old. That's just odd.

Proclaim your testimony and share it whenever you get a chance for you overcome satan by the blood of Jesus and the word of your testimony. Wonderful.... praise God.
